We'd avoid the Easytronic automatic
gearbox, though — it's an automated manual, rather than a full automatic,
so while it doesn't have a negative affect on fuel economy, it does make the car less enjoyable to drive, with slow and jerky
changes.
The automatic
gearbox is slow at
changing gears
so the car vibrates, there was also very loud drumming noise at speed, i.e. above 40 mph coming from the rear.
However it's important to stress that at the moment absolutely none of this has been officially confirmed by
Gearbox,
so it could
change considerably before it ever sees the light of day.
