I'm happy to have a recipe without any flours and am hoping it works with
a gelatin egg substitute.

the gelatin egg substitute is incorporated.

* You can sub
the gelatin egg substitute for 1/2 of a green plantain.
Prepare
gelatin egg substitute: Whisk 1 tbsp gelatin into 1 tbsp room - temp water.
Add
gelatin egg substitute and lemon juice to stand mixer.
Prepare
gelatin egg substitutes: Whisk 2 tablespoons gelatin into 2 tablespoon cool water.
Mix all ingredients together on medium - low in a large mixing bowl or stand mixer, except for
the gelatin egg substitutes.

If you
substitute too many
eggs with
gelatin, you will get an overly spongy, chewy texture, so if your recipe calls for several
eggs, you can replace half with
gelatin and half with one of the other
egg substitutes listed here.

gelatin, creamed the butter, sugar, and maple syrup in the mixer, 1 T more of coconut and arrowroot flr,

substitute I am on a strict AIP diet right now and haven't not been able to reintroduce
eggs yet.
I'm not sure if you could replace the
eggs with a

gelatin can be used as a grain - free
substitute for cornstarch or in place of
eggs in some chilled desserts such as puddings or custards, and can even be used in place of
eggs in some baked goods for those who are allergic.
(For those who have an allergy to
egg, flax or

substituted.)

Now I did this recipe with no
gelatin, added 1
egg, and creamed the butter, sugar, and maple syrup in a kitchen aid mixer like a traditional CCC recipe,
substituted BP for the BS, plus added 1 1/2 T more of each flours to make up for the added moisture from the
egg, turned out good, a little more cakey and no grittiness at all.
