It's very hard to do a straight substitution for
powdered to sheet
gelatin because there is
so much variation in the sheets.
Unlike
gelatin, these peptides are soluble in cold liquids as well as hot,
so you can mix it into beverages just like protein
powder.
However,
gelatin is a thickener due to its gelatinous texture,
so be prepared to eat your smoothie with a spoon if you add
gelatin powder to it.
So here's what I did: I made it using a flax egg (1Tbsp ground flax + 2Tbsp squeezed lemon juice), 1 1/2 tsp
gelatin powder + 1 Tbsp coconut cream.
The organic orange extract and grass - fed
gelatin powder make these cute little gummies
so delicious and bouncy that you won't be able to resist chewing on them.
I am not familiar with that protein
powder so I am not sure how it will work, but if you have
gelatin I think that would work great!.
The only «protein
powder» I actually use currently is Great Lakes grass - fed
gelatin, there are
so many other nutritional benefits like
gelatin and collagen for joints, hair, skin, nails and I love the amino acid profile.

so I'm taking the modern approach and using
powdered gelatin from a healthy source.
So gelatin is just a crystalized
powder.
The advantage to these is that they use
gelatin powder as a base
so they sooth the gut and give some of the same benefits as bone broth.
So I would treat this patient with a very complex, customized medicinal formula (we use concentrated
powdered extracts of herbs that we load into
gelatin capsules) probably consisting of 15 to 25 ingredients, plus specific dietary and exercise advice.
So, I have to put the
powder in
gelatin capsules and orally give him one in the morning and one in the evening.
