The Enterprise Compensation Committee discharges the

structures and levels of pay continue to be areas under intense scrutiny from both investors and the
general public, and have the ability to cause a level of discomfort for
board members through major PR hiccups.
A fertile few have managed to find a way to take on
board some of the new theories without jettisoning the deep
structure of their position, but the
general sense is one of weariness and deep loss.
However, appointed
boards are accountable to the governor, the attorney
general, the Office of Financial Management, the Open Public Meetings Act, members can be prosecuted for breaking the law, and ultimately «complete control», as discussed in the ruling, rests within the
structure of our government (laws and constitution).
