Any time we write about some of the more progressive programs across the animal welfare movement, we tend to see two
general kinds of responses.

In
response to albeit leading questions posed to many
of the integral players in the company who were on hand for the premiere
of General Magic, most focused on climate change and lack
of diversity in tech (not
of the ideological
kind) as major problems.
The
kinds of questions, I suggest, to which belief in God may provide one possible
response, are both highly
general and deeply personal.

I am now into my second year
of asking the following two
general questions here on CA, but without any
kind of adequate
response from people whom I have long hoped would offer some
kind of definitive opinion:
Sea level rise is happening everywhere, as ice caps and glaciers melt and the seas rise in
response to global warming driven by prodigal human combustion
of fossil fuels, and researchers have advanced from
general warning to the
kind of detail that could help city and state planners prepare to cope with flood risks.

general kind of ratchet up the scariness
of the future, yes.
Most
of these practitioners never even realized they'd become «real» inventors until they saw what
kind of response their innovative ideas evoked from peers and the
general public.
