In my limited usage, the Nvidia Tegra 3 processor and Android 4.1 Jelly Bean OS made the unit
feel zippy in
general navigation, but I still encountered moments of stutter as I switched among media.
In
general,
navigation is pretty straight forward when you get the hang of it (it only takes a couple minutes), though there is a lot going on and I
feel like this could be confusing to the
general consumer.
Some other problems I noted include the lack of any functions for L and R (which could have been helpful for menu - scrolling), some lagging in menu
navigation and confirmation (so you end up having to hit X or O a few times to go into or get out of a submenu), and a
general «clunky»
feel when walking around the map.
And while it isn't as important on a smaller device like this, the 4:3 aspect ratio also helps keep the tablet from
feeling too tall when held in portrait mode — a big plus for
general navigation and comfort holding the tablet.
