In combination with the novella contest, Curbside Splendor holds periodic
open general submissions and solicits work from authors that they admire.
You are welcome to submit to the magazines work that meets the above conditions, but will not be given preference over authors from
the general submission pool.
We do not guarantee that we will review books submitted under
our General Submission program.
If you missed the flash fiction competition and still want to send us a story,
our general submissions system is open now for stories over 1,000 words.
All theme submissions will be considered for
General Submissions.
So, we break them up, we do the contest first and then we do
our general submission process later.
