Not knowing how to learn from the past experiences
of others, and not knowing how to test their own ideas and learn from their own experiences, each
generation of lawyers will make the same management mistakes
as their predecessors.
It is all the more important that the young
lawyers take it upon themselves to uphold the integrity
of our profession and mentor the next
generation of attorneys
