FRANKFURT, June 28 (Reuters)- Shares in
German forklift truck maker Kion fell on their debut on the Frankfurt
stock exchange on Friday, boding ill for next week's proposed initial public offer of
real estate firm Deutsche Annington.

on the one hand i understand the risks you describe (sitting on a delisted
stock investment), on the other hand I really like the KWGs strategy (with their focus on B - and C - locations and very frugal criteria when the buy new assets) and the exposure to the
german real estate market.
