For action fun, there was shareware, not least because when we did
get big games like Street Fighter II, they tended to stink.

As a person who is totally indifferent to football, I am kind of glad that food seems to be a

I love the fact that Arsenal is a family orientated club where no matter what happens everyone will
get a fair chance to prove themselves, be it because of a loss of form or recovery from long term injury or even when trying to break into the 1st team from the youth setup However I feel that new high profile signings such as Cech, Reus, (you add who you
like) would lift the moral of the entire team and give many players the confidence in their teammates that is needed when going into
big games.

very much
like a lot of the successful teams in the c / l these days they might not have the
big names but they have a successful organized
game plan and passion, thats what
gets them where they are at least, we need to be better organized in the c / l next season and go to teams with a set
game plan and stick to that plan to see us through the hard
games wenger need to find his tactical mojo for next season.

For donkeys years now we have done the approximately same things: 1) We have a poor start 2) We pick up in September and we all think we are going to have a good year 3) Once the weather
gets cold we lose
games against all sorts and drop
like a stone 4) Towards the end of March when the weather
gets better we start winning again and we qualify for the Champions League (apart from last year) I have a feeling it will be broadly the same this year except Spuds and Liverpool are better for the last couple of years that they used to be and none of the
big money three look vulnerable so we won't finish above them..
While armchair managing is all fun and good... Why on earth would you want us to play a new system for a

get fans fondness for the 4 -4-2 while seeing the very entertaining football teams

Arsenal are odds - on at 1/3 to win this

Final Analysis: This region sets up quite well for Kentucky, though the Bears could give them a serious

like they did against Kansas in the

does anyone think the reports of us
getting psg's youngster rabiot are true and if yes is he what we need atm i guessing as he is a
big lad he's probably diaby long term replacement i have seen a picture of him and he doesn't look
like a very strong build but i am sure a year in the gym will sort that out he would add much needed height to our midfield and he doesn't seem to be a injury prone as diaby he has a good general skill set am sure wenger can convince him with plenty of
game time any young french player knows wengers rep with youngsters he should jump at the chance to work with wenger NOW with a bit of strength work he could be a handy d / m also if wenger could mould him to play there,
the thing is i just cant see us
getting out of prison in this one.Memories of the psg
game just come up and The team has never looked
like moving on in the
big games.
I would
like to tell arsenal fan that the transfer window is not arsenal's problem.Let explain what is in my mind.We need to reinforce our team but we need to think in the future that most of the high class players are going to refuse signing for arsenal fc because of Mr Wenger's philosophy. It looks
like arsenal becomes cemetery of players. How many players came in and left because of performance, became good players out of arsenal. We need to accept all of the transformation Mr wenger brings in arsenal but now it does not work. Why??? because lack of tactics, strategies and pretending best players for Mr wenger mind but in reality those players do not
get standard of best player.Mr wenger wants to prove everybody that he is wright that players who are calling by wenger are best.I means Mr wenger is the only one can see all matter in good position or bad.He is wrong by thinking this way.He does not
like criticism.he is the mind of arsenal.Everything he can say or defend is wright.Think about morrinho comments about arsenal!!!! Why he
likes to be arsenal coach!!!! One thing I want to say about arsenal players, I think everybody watch arsenal
games.We have
got short mind players who play two good
games and the rest shameless. They are working hard in the training ground for catching Mr wenger's mind to let them play; what is behind their (players) mind to be the most regular players. Those players have no vision even ambition; they are never becoming high class and their carriers are going to finish in arsenal after arsenal we are going to see them playing for championship. They do not care to become legend as Ian wright, Vierra, Berckam, piress, Henry... What is the
big behind their mind to use wenger name to be selected in national team. They are not able to face different leagues in the world.
macey / huddart - both
big solid lads in goal and both have a bright future with us and learning from cech will aid there development well bennercar - looked a bit timid last night but am sure once he
gets a run of
games and opens up his skills will shine threw, very nasri
like in stature and style man city look out.
Even if a sloppy pass or a momentary lack of focus leads to a goal there should be enough attacking ability in the Arsenal team to
get away with it, as we did last weekend, but I do think it is a concern and especially so in a
big game like the one coming up at Man City.
but the long - term solution is for AFC to
get rid of itself of what has now become its
biggest liability: a manager that well past his prime that * is ultimately unambituous (not buying the best players), * ineffective in transfer windows by not paying enough or having enough backups, * passing on players
like fabergas &
getting kalstrom, * unable to motivate his players up for the
big games, * unable to
get the best out of his team by putting them in weird lineups, * favoritism to certain players, shuns others (
like pod / roz until they lose their skills), * inability / unwillingness to adapt formation for
big games,... thank you for the memories wenger: all good things must come to an end.
Apart from the
games against the top six teams, I'd
like Wenger to go back to 4 -4-2 with Giroud and Laca up top.Now I'm not a
big fan of Giroud, I'd rather have Pierre Emerick Aubameyang, but he's all we've
got.
I
like the Xhaka - Rambo pivot a lot too - it can only
get better, despite coming away
games at
bigger teams where Coq must start.
That might not put us up with Man City and United but it should
get us back in the right area of the table and that might be the springboard for Arsenal to actually mount a title challenge, especially if we can perform in
big away
games like we did this weekend.
Jack,
like the rest of us, has been very impressed with Wenger's tactics and the team's performances which have seen Arsenal shrug off those questions about us in
big games, and he feels that this is a major step to us
getting back where we belong.
Arsenal Fans are most afraid fans ever, If Wenger leaves we will never be great again, LOL Everyone is looking Swansea
game, look Arsenal from different angle, we are in this position last 9 years, we are not able to beat
big teams, and how can someone blame players LOL, i ve never seen that player is sacked, we fans are afraid of change, and that is normal, but change will come,
like it or not, Wenger
getting new contract is
biggest mistake, its so obvious that he cant do his job on high level, he can keep arsenal in top 4 but never win it again, so ask yourself, do you want every year to lie yourself about winning or accept mediocre, your choice!!!
Arsenal was given one of the weakest team in this CL competition.Everybody expected a win,
like by
big margin but the whole match there was no fight and desire. The
game was so poor at all front last night.City and Man Utd played their hearts out even though they were defeated.Man Utd players witnessed a horrific injury to their team mate, that will affect their focus and rhythm but they fought with desire to win the
game till the end.City were the better team than Juventus, they played really good.I have even read an article on Sky that states even though Man utd and City is defeated they still can qualify the group stage, thats how their performance were reassuring. But Arsenal were really poor from starting the
game till end.Zagreb
got their first win in CL since 1999, that says it all.
It really is starting to look
like Arsene Wenger and Steve Bould (because I am sure our former defender has had a
big part to play) have finally
got Arsenal playing with the steeel we need to win these tough
games.
am not his
biggest fan on this site but he
gets in to scoring positions and while no clinical finisher he will score against teams
like Norwich with feeding our creative players can give... and am not sure Campbell does that... Gabriel for mert a no brainer for me... Need to build momentum for Athens
game
Just
like Arshavin Ozil does nt have the stamina to play wide in the premier league, wenger should drop him or play him centrally and give up this obsession with trying to play
like brazil 1970 which has lead to us
getting demolished in
big games.
Although I've found it very cathartic to speak, vent and end occasionally rant about all things Arsenal, we need to act carefully and intelligently right now or we're going to
get played by this club even worse than at present... the pro-Wengerites and the suits, who represent a considerable proportion of the season ticket holders, don't want to believe that there is no plan and that Wenger has mailed it in for several years now or that things are going to
get much worse before they
get better... why would they... many have spent a considerable sum buying some of the highest priced tickets in the World... they want to have a front row seat to see something special and to be seen doing so, which simply provides ample justification for the expense and the time invested... to many of them, Wenger is the sun in their soccer universe... his awkward disposition, misplaced arrogance and his utter lack of balls makes him a rather unusual cult figure, but the cerebral narrative seemed to embolden those who already felt pretty highly of themselves... many might not even of really
liked football that much before his arrival and rarely
games they weren't attending... as such, they desperately believe that Wenger, and only Wenger, can supply them with their required fix... if he goes, they were wrong and that's a tough pill to swallow... they would have to admit that they were duped... they will definitely resent whoever made them feel this way, but of course it will be too late by then... so when we go overboard with ridiculous comments bordering of anarchy, it scares the shit out of them and they shift their blame towards us rather than at those who really perpetrated this act of treason... we aren't the enemy... we simply woke much earlier and the reason our comments have
gotten more vile in recent years is out of utter frustration... in order for any real change to occur at this club we need to bring as many supporters as possible with us or the
big money interests will fade and our ultimate objective will be lost... so it's time to focus on the head instead of the heart for now
«When you
get a star player
like Marcus, then that helps you
get the next really
big star player,» says Spurrier, whose Gamecocks won 31
games in Marcus» three seasons with the team.
The Gunners must
get big game business
like from kickoff to fulltime without any momentary loss of concentration or deviation from their
game plan.
You're up against scrappy, die hard players who see this as the
biggest game of their season, if not career, whilst playing with team members who are finding it hard to
get motivated, having just been battling it out with the
likes of Real Madrid and Juve days before.
I read that Kondogbia is now linked to s as well which would be a great acquisition and Id really
like to see either Benzema (my first choice) Higuain (my second choice) or Lcazetta (Third only due to his lack of
big game experience) but the way things go with AW we'll not
get any of the aforementioned as they will be snapped up by other teams while AW is on holiday and swanning around wherever he swans around during the majority of the summer.
yeah i know what you mean it might just be a case of moving chambers (wenger might just
get another c / h in or promote hayden / o» connor to c / h) to d / m along side le coq and one thing i have noticed i the rate at which young bielik is propelling up the youth team a month ago he was with under 18's completely skipped the under 19's straight to under 21s so he will be ready for first team in the summer by the looks of things so we might not be needing another d / m but i would keep and eye out for a freebee khedira though if its just wages we have to pay wenger might
like that experience he needs in the
big games
our transfer window was a
big joke we could easily
got mandzukic for 17m (some morons here thinks giroud is better than mandzukic) his physical presence would intimated the
likes of matic / terry but we made a move 4 welbeck only after giroud
got injured we have cdm in flamini (not a sngle club wanted him) & we have no 3rd choice cb the problem is wenger yes the ref was joke in sundays
game had he
got ba ** s the outcome would be different but 4 wenger to not being able to beat mourinho says it all
Don't really understand lucas silvas» logic, yes I understand it's hard to say know to the lure of Real Madrid but surely the boy must realize that if the
likes of khedira are struggling to
get game time what hope does he have, why go to Madrid to rot on their bench only to be sold elsewhere for a inflated price in a few years, I think silva is the real deal imo and will likely into a Xabi Alonso type player, if we were to move for him a
bigger stronger more experienced dm would have to be bought aswell imo
Granite Xhaka saved us last night, i'm not a great fan of Xhaka but i thought the
game changed as soon as he come on, on Wilshere i have been his
biggest supporter but last night he let me down badly, he made no space for himself he was just out for the fresh air, i thought Sead had a lousy
game to even do he scored, it was a sad night for Arsenal supporters and football to watch that, there were plenty of alarms raised when we played Ostersunds FK in the first leg in the second half, AW should of known better to prepare his team and should
get off his ass and shout a bit from the side line
like all passionate managers do when they send a message to their players
I am still in shock, I've never been so calm and cool away to a
big team
like I was yesterday, I absolutely felt so comfortable and never in any danger throughout the whole
game (apart from the first 10 minutes of the second half where we tried to
get the second goal to kill the
game off).
Our only
big danger is that we
get so confident that we think we only have to turn up to win in some
games,
like Against West Ham, Zagreb and Olympiakos.
«The
biggest challenge in this
game is longevity and consistency, and you can't
get to a number
like that unless you've played for a while and had a lot of success,» Braun said.
For a
big club
like Arsenal, with Champions League football to cope with every season as well as the Premier League and domestic cup competitions, a large squad is necessary but that does also mean that, quite often, the fringe and young players do not
get the amount of time on the pitch that they need to improve their
game and progress their football careers.
I am curious and a bit excited to see what he has to offer now it looks
like he will be
getting an extended run of
games with the
big boys
