If you've seen the previous videos in the Google Adwords Keyword planner training series you know that we're now
getting four
times as many keywords back using the very same input terms just by understanding exactly how the Google Adwords Keyword planner works but once you click this download button here and you downloaded the csv files what do you do with all these files because they each contain about 700 keywords a piece there's some overlap between the different terms and so you
got ta work through that so what I've gone ahead and down this I've asked my developers here at MarketBold go ahead and create a tool that will merge and remove the duplicates
from the csv files that google adwords gives you so if you head over

from the Google Adwords Keyword planner you can just simply click and select them all the same
time and click open you'll see here now says 12 files selected because I tell me i selected and then I just simply click here
to process and download as soon as I click that this tool is taking all those files taking all the keywords
to search volume cost - per - click that all the information that you
got back
from the Google Adwords Keyword planner and it's actually removing all the duplicates and putting into one single file so you can actually work with it and then you simply just need
to save the file
to your computer and once you do that we'll go ahead and do it here for a second and then once you save it you can open it up and you'll see here we now have a file here opened up in Excel and you'll see we have all these keywords that we
got back there's a total in this list of 3,796 just because i only downloaded 12 files
from Google Adwords Keyword planner you can download as many as you want
to put it through this tool is just going
to save you

Being alone in a foreign country and trying your hardest
to smile and be passionate when inside you're just screaming for
time away
from everyone was really hard and I totally
broke down every
time I
got back
to my hotel.
I absolutely love video games, specifically WoW, and while I can't play full
time anymore, whenever I'm taking one of those
breaks from work
to rejuvenate, I'll
get on there for a few days.
I'm having a little
break from hosting the event for the
time being but do really miss it as I think it was just pure fun
to get together and find a reason
to celebrate.
The reason for this is because a) it's a good
break from dinner -
time «disagreements» over trying
to get the kids
to eat their vegetables and b) it's a budget friendly meal.
The rest of the
time was spent
breaking up Hooper and Gizmo (Hoops loves
to try and jump on Gizmo and he won't have it), letting them in and out of the house so they could chase real squirrels, stopping Hooper
from eating the baskets that hold magazines, and
getting doggie kisses while I tried
to work on the computer.
Every
time I failed, I decided
to take a
break from the mission for a while, until one day I would
get it in my mind again that it was
time to try making sourdough.
They
get injured mostly because they are
getting kicked I for one I am off for a couple of games cause my ankle is red and blue When you
get kicked and injured you are not a player and you
get sold is that really fare??? injuries takes
time to heal and if you are constrained
from movement /
broken bone the muscles go
to sleep so when everything concerning the bone is back
to full strength than you need
to start on the muscle
to gain the elasticity back but players being players they want action and or they are wanted now so they are rushed or rushing back but because you player is injured there for he is retarded is preposterous
Well it is for clubs that are happy
to spend crazy money like that on a player, but Arsenal are certainly not one of those clubs, even though Arsene Wenger has
broken the transfer record a few
times in recent years and did so again this summer by spending over # 50 million
to get Lacazette
from Lyon.
Wilson buying
time by running wide as opposed
to right up the field also allows his receivers
to break away
from the defender and
get open as the rest of the defense scrambles
to adjust.
We're NOT linked now with anyone else and that's a worrying thing in itself, I personally really don't think Walcott is good enough
to play that striker role and I know I'll
get roundly «thumbed down» for this but its how I feel about the boy he's good but NOT as good as he thinks he is and it annoys me that theres a possibility that all the
toing and froing around his contract may be stopping us
from signing a top notch striker (and I DO NT think Martinez is this) I do feel that AW will opt for the cheap and second rate options again and this will also include not buying a striker and putting Walcott in this role, meanwhile all our rivals will be putting strong established players into the positions where they need
to bull up their squads we are not well known for doing this and its not going
to happen now, which is infuriating as this is the right
time to break that mould and go for it!!
we were awful for 60 mins and fortunate
to be just one down and the good... we took a point
from being decent for 30 mins all but securing third place... As for realism it's simple... There is no way a real arsenal fan could watch that performance and be confident that we will be challenging for title in 12 months
time... So if that is what we want the realist fan asks what needs
to change... and if we rule out the first best option... which as a realist I do...
to get rid of wenger... then in our second best world it's a matter of where we need
to strengthen... Sadly at the point realism
breaks down because in the absence of first best option we are in the fantasy world of the cheese eating surrender monkey where 11 yr olds are zee future of zee club
He's stated on multiple occasions that while the philosophy and technically sound possession oriented football remains the foundation, the play as a whole is intended
to get the ball
from back
to front as quickly as possible, giving the MSN more
time with the ball with less defenders
to break down, and not spend as much
time as they used
to stringing passes in midfield.
ozil played at an avg for 63 mins per game at Madrid he doesn't have the stamina
to play full 90 mins both ger national squad & Madrid figured that out he needs 2 given
break from time 2
time if he found it hard in la liga he definitely will find it more difficult in PL rotate him & he will
get better
Walnut's exit and how he snub AW, KOS mysteriously injured decides not
to come back on the second half, that adding
to Ozil's long absence coincidentally
got well in
time for the International
break, Bellorin lack of performance is abysmal
from wonderkid
to what he has become is shocking, Lucas long term injury seems
to me another story.....
We were so nervice of Carroll, every
time we lost possession they
broke fast.when we go
from back it takes so long
to get up there all this passing back across then back
to keeper it looks woefull.
Time for some brutal honesty... this team, as it stands, is in no better position to compete next season than they were 12 months ago, minus the fact that some fans have been easily snowed by the acquisition of Lacazette, the free transfer LB and the release of Sanogo... if you look at the facts carefully you will see a team that still has far more questions than answers... to better show what I mean by this statement I will briefly discuss the current state of affairs on a position - by - position basis... in goal we have 4 potential candidates, but in reality we have only 1 option with any real future and somehow he's the only one we have actively tried to get rid of for years because he and his father were a little too involved on social media and he got caught smoking (funny how people still defend Wiltshire under the same and far worse circumstances)... you would think we would want to keep any goaltender that Juventus had interest in, as they seem to have a pretty good history when it comes to that position... as far as the defenders on our current roster there are only a few individuals whom have the skill and / or youth worthy of our time and / or investment, as such we should get rid of anyone who doesn't meet those simple requirements, which means we should get rid of DeBouchy, Gibbs, Gabriel, Mertz and loan out Chambers to see if last seasons foray with Middlesborough was an anomaly or a prediction of things to come... some fans have lamented wildly about the return of Mertz to the starting lineup due to his FA Cup performance but these sort of pie in the sky meanderings are indicative of what's wrong with this club and it's wishy - washy fan - base... in addition to these moves the club should aggressively pursue the acquisition of dominant and mobile CB to stabilize an all too fragile defensive group that has self - destructed on numerous occasions over the past 5 seasons... moving forward and building on our need to re-establish our once dominant presence throughout the middle of the park we need to target a CDM then do whatever it takes to get that player into the fold without any of the usual nickel and diming we have become famous for (this kind of ruthless haggling has cost us numerous special players and certainly can't help make the player in question feel good about the way their future potential employer feels about them)... in order for us to become dominant again we need to be strong up the middle again from Goalkeeper to CB to DM to ACM to striker, like we did in our most glorious years before and during Wenger's reign... with this in mind, if we want Ozil to be that dominant attacking midfielder we can't keep leaving him exposed to constant ridicule about his lack of defensive prowess and provide him with the proper players in the final third... he was never a good defensive player in Real or with the German National squad and they certainly didn't suffer as a result of his presence on the pitch... as for the rest of the midfield the blame falls squarely in the hands of Wenger and Gazidis, the fact that Ramsey, Ox, Sanchez and even Ozil were allowed to regularly start when none of the aforementioned had more than a year left under contract is criminal for a club of this size and financial might... the fact that we could find money for Walcott and Xhaka, who weren't even guaranteed starters, means that our whole business model needs a complete overhaul... for me it's time to get rid of some serious deadweight, even if it means selling them below what you believe their market value is just to simply right this ship and change the stagnant culture that currently exists... this means saying goodbye to Wiltshire, Elneny, Carzola, Walcott and Ramsey... everyone, minus Elneny, have spent just as much time on the training table as on the field of play, which would be manageable if they weren't so inconsistent from a performance standpoint (excluding Carzola, who is like the recent version of Rosicky — too bad, both will be deeply missed)... in their places we need to bring in some proven performers with no history of injuries... up front, although I do like the possibilities that a player like Lacazette presents, the fact that we had to wait so many years to acquire some true quality at the striker position falls once again squarely at the feet of Wenger... this issue highlights the ultimate scam being perpetrated by this club since the arrival of Kroenke: pretend your a small market club when it comes to making purchases but milk your fans like a big market club when it comes to ticket prices and merchandising... I believe the reason why Wenger hasn't pursued someone of Henry's quality, minus a fairly inexpensive RVP, was that he knew that they would demand players of a similar ilk to be brought on board and that wasn't possible when the business model was that of a «selling» club... does it really make sense that we could only make a cheeky bid for Suarez, or that we couldn't get Higuain over the line when he was being offered up for half the price he eventually went to Juve for, or that we've only paid any interest to strikers who were clearly not going to press their current teams to let them go to Arsenal like Benzema or Cavani... just part of the facade that finally came crashing down when Sanchez finally called their bluff... the fact remains that no one wants to win more than Sanchez, including Wenger, and although I don't agree with everything that he has done off the field, I would much rather have Alexis front and center than a manager who has clearly bought into the Kroenke model in large part due to the fact that his enormous ego suggests that only he could accomplish great things without breaking the bank... unfortunately that isn't possible anymore as the game has changed quite dramatically in the last 15 years, which has left a largely complacent and complicit Wenger on the outside looking in... so don't blame those players who demanded more and were left wanting... don't blame those fans who have tried desperately to raise awareness for several years when cracks began to appear... place the blame at the feet of those who were well aware all along of the potential pitfalls of just such a plan but continued to follow it even when it was no longer a financial necessity, like it ever really wa

I believe the reason why Wenger hasn't pursued someone of Henry's quality, minus a fairly inexpensive RVP, was that he knew that they would demand players of a similar ilk to be brought on board and that wasn't possible when the business model was that of a «selling» club... does it really make sense that we could only make a cheeky bid for Suarez, or that we couldn't get Higuain over the line when he was being offered up for half the price he eventually went to Juve for, or that we've only paid any interest to strikers who were clearly not going to press their current teams to let them go to Arsenal like Benzema or Cavani... just part of the facade that finally came crashing down when Sanchez finally called their bluff... the fact remains that no one wants to win more than Sanchez, including Wenger, and although I don't agree with everything that he has done off the field, I would much rather have Alexis front and center than a manager who has clearly bought into the Kroenke model in large part due to the fact that his enormous ego suggests that only he could accomplish great things without breaking the bank... unfortunately that isn't possible anymore as the game has changed quite dramatically in the last 15 years, which has left a largely complacent and complicit Wenger on the outside looking in... so don't blame those players who demanded more and were left wanting... don't blame those fans who have tried desperately to raise awareness for several years when cracks began to appear... place the blame at the feet of those who were well aware all along of the potential pitfalls of just such a plan but continued to follow it even when it was no longer a financial necessity, like it ever really wa

to the starting lineup due
to his FA Cup performance but these sort of pie in the sky meanderings are indicative of what's wrong with this club and it's wishy - washy fan - base... in addition
to these moves the club should aggressively pursue the acquisition of dominant and mobile CB
to stabilize an all too fragile defensive group that has self - destructed on numerous occasions over the past 5 seasons... moving forward and building on our need
to re-establish our once dominant presence throughout the middle of the park we need
to target a CDM then do whatever it takes
to get that player into the fold without any of the usual nickel and diming we have become famous for (this kind of ruthless haggling has cost us numerous special players and certainly can't help make the player in question feel good about the way their future potential employer feels about them)... in order for us
to become dominant again we need
to be strong up the middle again
from Goalkeeper
to CB
to DM
to ACM
to striker, like we did in our most glorious years before and during Wenger's reign... with this in mind, if we want Ozil
to be that dominant attacking midfielder we can't keep leaving him exposed
to constant ridicule about his lack of defensive prowess and provide him with the proper players in the final third... he was never a good defensive player in Real or with the German National squad and they certainly didn't suffer as a result of his presence on the pitch... as for the rest of the midfield the blame falls squarely in the hands of Wenger and Gazidis, the fact that Ramsey, Ox, Sanchez and even Ozil were allowed
to regularly start when none of the aforementioned had more than a year left under contract is criminal for a club of this size and financial might... the fact that we could find money for Walcott and Xhaka, who weren't even guaranteed starters, means that our whole business model needs a complete overhaul... for me it's
time to get rid of some serious deadweight, even if it means selling them below what you believe their market value is just to simply right this ship and change the stagnant culture that currently exists... this means saying goodbye to Wiltshire, Elneny, Carzola, Walcott and Ramsey... everyone, minus Elneny, have spent just as much time on the training table as on the field of play, which would be manageable if they weren't so inconsistent from a performance standpoint (excluding Carzola, who is like the recent version of Rosicky — too bad, both will be deeply missed)... in their places we need to bring in some proven performers with no history of injuries... up front, although I do like the possibilities that a player like Lacazette presents, the fact that we had to wait so many years to acquire some true quality at the striker position falls once again squarely at the feet of Wenger... this issue highlights the ultimate scam being perpetrated by this club since the arrival of Kroenke: pretend your a small market club when it comes to making purchases but milk your fans like a big market club when it comes to ticket prices and merchandising... It would be fair
to say that in the past few months I've gone
from Mo Farah
to Phil Mitchell thanks
to the infamous «student life» which, now that I think of it is just a fancy way of saying «I'm
broke all the
time and only
get 3 hours sleep a night».
Ambrose still needs
to get revenge on Rollins for turning on both him and Reigns, which
broke up the Shield and strengthened the Authority, and he still occasionally remembers that Rollins stole the Money in the Bank briefcase (a free pass
to fight a championship match that can be used at any
time so long as a referee is available)
from him by cheating back in June.
Only
time will tell of course, but it does look like the manager will have a full complement of players
to choose
from soon after we
get back
to business after the current international
break.
That seems pretty stingy
to NCFC but I'd give my MOTM
to goalie Angelo Cavalluzzo, who saved TFC a point with an injury
time stop on late sub Bernard Luxbacher who
broke in
from the left and
got away a shot
from 10 yards that Cavalluzzo, guarding the near post,
got an arm
to and deflected it wide right.
Gunners did try
to make a game of that tie as they put on an aggressive display
from the start and
got themselves in front after 20 minutes through Theo Walcott's effort which lasted until half
time break.
The English midfielder was among the goals in midweek as Sunderland saw off a stern challenge
from lower league opponents Exeter City and the focus will now be on
getting that first win on board as quick as possible and what better
time to do it than before the international
break.
We
got our just desserts either side of half
time, first through a deft touch
from Ronaldo before the
break to level.
The away side actually
got themselves ahead in that encounter as Roma found themselves 1 - 0 up going into half
time break thanks
to a goal
from their young talent, Cengiz Under.
With Conte likely
to put in a 3 -4-3 formation, Batshuayi would
get enough services
from either wings and could
break the deadlock strangling Chelsea since quite some
time.
Perhaps the best benefit of
getting a
break from your child (ren) at work is that you really come
to appreciate your
time with them a LOT.
You sell 10 of each book and earn 35 % on each one (you bought them wholesale
from us), which helps you
break even on the tabling cost, and you
get a few more interested in the 1/2 off private consultations as an added «bonus»
to reward you for your
time.
You deserve a
break from time to time, so
get your partner involved and
get a sitter on speed dial.

Working mothers
get time away
from their family,
to think in quiet (aka their commute and lunch
breaks) and
to focus on something other than the relentless drumbeat of children's needs.
But when I am in a good place, when I can think rationally, I realize each
time I sit down
to nurse with you, I am
getting a
break from the hustle and bustle of our lives.
It was heart
breaking to do that and also a struggle
to get my baby
to drink
from a bottle for the first
time.
She'll still
get the back and neck strengthening benefits of Tummy
Time, the sensory experience
to her positional / movement sense (vestibular sense) and her pressure & stretch sense (proprioceptive sense), as well as a
break from pressure across the back of her head (which helps
to prevent Flat Head Syndrome or Positional Plagiocephaly).
They wanted
to break it as soon as I
got there but I knew
from the first
time around that once that happened the baby would come fast so I kept telling them no because I just honestly didn't feel like pushing yet, like I somehow wanted
to postpone all of the drama.
We will say that if your child is healthy, but is waking in the night, demanding nursing an increasing number of
times, is afraid
to sleep alone, causes you
to get broken sleep, or if you sense that you're losing the joy in your spousal relationship, the Parenting by Connection process of weaning your child
from your bed can help both you and your child greatly.
Other
times, you may need
to get away
from your baby for a short
break.
It's a great way
to separate a kid
from a bad situation (like two kids fighting),
break a bad cycle (like the arguing or whining or sreaming or sobbing cycle kids can
get themselves into), give you
time to figure out an appropriate punishment or course of action or confer with your partner, or just
get a kid out of your sight for a few minutes so you don't go completely postal and do something you'll regret.
Your desire
to keep your baby with you should be weighed against other realities, such as your mental health (taking
breaks from your baby can be good for both of you), your need
to bring in income through work, and your baby's need, over
time,
to learn
to get along with others.
So, this would be a good
time to take a snack
break and
get them away
from the playroom.
Doing so will then allow you
to have your spouse feed the baby while you
get your beauty sleep, as well as various other
times where you will inevitably need a
break from breastfeeding too.
