bulky rather than lean.
The reality is that since their bodies naturally produce lower amounts of testosterone and growth hormone, women find it very hard to build huge
muscles even when they desperately want to, so please, let's immediately bury that load of crap about girl
getting bulky and masculine overnight by lifting weights alone.
Many women shy away from lifting weights, and especially heavy weights, because of fears of
getting too
bulky or putting on too much
muscle.
You should know that unless youâ $ ™ re taking supplements to enhance
muscle growth you wonâ $ ™ t
get bulky, because your body simply doesnâ $ ™ t have the hormones to
get there naturally.
Your guidelines will focus on reducing your overall body fat and building lean
muscle to
get lean and toned legs, without
getting bulky.

muscle easily especially in my thighs and they tend to

get bulky legs but help to tone my lower belly (cos i easily develop
muscle, esp my harmstring and rectus) as i noticed after doing burpees or jump lunges or 2min - running at 11kmph with 1min - 8kmph slow jog (as mentioned in your blog post # 25, it helps to tone my tummy but my legs just

muscle is good, but my thighs are already slim (not skinny) and I don't want them to

get bulky easily, then I would probably assume that spinning will make you more
bulky.
I love that you can select which
muscle group class you'd like to take so you don't

All you are supposed to do to avoid
getting bulky with weightlifting is to combine many full - body movements which help in the formation of lean mass while preventing the storage of fat, rather than focusing on exercises that target increasing * the size of specific
muscle groups.
The extension movement keeps the
muscle looking long and lean without
getting bulky!
I see cutting may be necessary to
get me down to reducing my body fat (I don't want to
get «
bulky» but I may have a different, understanding of
bulky — likely a misunderstanding) and bulking will
get the
muscle I want but I'm not too excited about the «puffy» look or feel you just mentioned.
The reasoning behind this is that from doing heavy lifting (meaning heavier weights or greater resistance and fewer reps), everybody will
get bulky and will look like a
muscle machine.
If you're happy with the
muscles you have and you just want to make them look bigger and
bulkier, you'll
get those results.
Women, on the other hand, usually do not share these goals and are looking to build very lean
muscle and strength without
getting big and
bulky.
