I took the same route as you, but everything changed when I eliminated all of it instead of trying to
get by with just a little.
People without insulin resistance can often get away with less dramatic changes to their diet, so I don't know if you might be able to
get by with a low glycemic index diet rather than limiting carbs to 18 grams, but that's possible.
