get enough
sleep during the week and tries to
catch up on weekends.
I find when I'm in a rut, or lacking inspiration, it's usually when I'm tired and stressed, and trying to
get too many things done at once in all areas of life — and once life calms down a bit and I
catch up on sleep, it all comes back.

catch up on sleep since they are well rested every night).
3 days is not long enough to recover from a cesarean, learn breastfeeding, adjust to being a mom,
catch up on some
sleep etc... when you have perfectly healthy moms who may need to labor for 2 days, competing for bed space, nursing and hospital resources, right along with the moms who have had surgery, someone is NOT
getting the care and support that they really need.
Anyone who offers you help, accept it,
catch up on some
sleep,
get some chores done or just
get some me time.
If you have twins you may find you are constantly rushed off your feet and don't have much time to
catch up on sleep; here are some tips to help you
get more
sleep:
Try to
get some rest; this can be really difficult as newborn babies often wake
up during the night, so try to nap during the day while your baby
sleeps and ask others around you to help out; you can ask parents, friends or relatives to have your baby for an hour or two while you
catch up on sleep and have a bit of time to yourself.
It is amazing how much
sleep you can
catch up on during the day when you are not worried about
getting your pre-baby body back, cleaning your house, running errands, and stressing about finances.

catch up on sleep when my nanny came over versus running errands or
getting out of the house.
As you
get to know your baby's
sleep patterns, you may find that you can
catch him as he cycles into an active
sleep phase and gently ease him back to
sleep by lightly patting him
on his back or with a quiet shushing noise before he fully wakes
up.

Get eight hours of
sleep or take naps to

So even if you want to
catch up on family, friends, and life happenings, make sure to
get 7 to 8 hours of
sleep per night.

sleep on the academic debate associated with creatine use.
Although it is possible to
catch up on lost
sleep, we also need to take some extra steps to make sure we are making the most of the
sleep we are already
getting, tack
