It seems virtually impossible to
get into overdose levels using a whole food like
cod liver oil.
We introduced raw milk and cheese, fermented
cod liver oil / butter oil blend, cell salts, milk kefir, bone broth which is hard to

But what I do to make sure I'm at least
getting a decent amount of the best absorbed vitamin D is to take a moderate dose of fermented
cod liver oil daily in the winter to make sure my vitamin D levels don't fall too low.

get sick far less often and recover much more quickly!)

Spirulina is 65 % protein and amino acids including the essential fatty acid gamma linolenic acid (GLA) which has
gotten a lot of attention for its anti-inflammatory properties, especially when taken with other quality Omega - 3 supplements like Fermented

getting exercise and taking essential fatty acids like
