got inspired to make this pleo
egg nog gelatin pudding for my Dad so he would have a low carb treat over the Christmas Holiday.
Make sure no speck of yellow
gets into the bowl of
egg whites... Don't pour the bourbon in so quickly that it scrambles the yolks... Gently fold — don't chop — the fluffy whites into the mix... Do NOT shake the
nog or you run the risk of incurring froth damage before the tasty toddy has reached its peak.

And the closer we
get to taking a few days off, the more it feels like we're crawling... 7 more days becomes 5 more days, becomes 2 more days... and we are
getting so freaking close I can taste the
egg nog and holiday cookies from here.
It's the perfect movie to see after you've
gotten completely wasted on
egg nog, pot cookies, and / or pure chocolate.
It was a long six years to
get here, ha ha, and I'm ready to put my feet up and sip some
egg nog for a bit!
