I know that I'm not the only one who struggles to
get enough veggies into my child's diet, and I know that many of us are sneaky in how we hide them in certain dishes.
I constantly struggle to
get enough veggies in my diet, especially the green ones.
I personally have no problem

The whole point of the Quickshot Diet is to
get certain «annoyances» such

But I like to take a few extra precautions so I make sure that I
get in
enough vitamins & minerals from fruits and
veggies.
But it takes practice to
get enough fatty meats, natural dairy products, omega -3-rich eggs, healthy oils, low - carb
veggies, and nuts and seeds into your diet without exceeding your daily calorie count.
