For the past few weeks, customers
at the home improvement giant's store in Framingham, Mass. have experienced what it's like
to install
bathroom tiles — all without having
to get their hands messy with cement and grout.
At a number of other workplaces, while those injured on the job are given accommodations
to keep working, workers with pregnancy - related medical disabilities have been denied water bottles
to stay hydrated, stools
to help
get them off their feet all day, additional
bathroom breaks.
One night he
got up
to use the
bathroom, which was down a longish hallway,
at the end.

to find their wives, sisters or girlfriends crying.
At only 58, I don't want my big thrill
to be whether or not I
get to the
bathroom on time.

to melt

gotten better, I can't tell you how much stress this all caused, whether it was from forgetting a part, finding space
to clean things, tying up a
bathroom for 20 minutes
at a time, or having the TSA open and test 30 bags of breastmilk while a queue of precheck passengers watched.
He was also able
to «hold it» for about 5 minutes while
at the circus last weekend because he had
to wait until he
got off the elephant ride
to be able
to run
to the
bathroom.
In the beginning I was
getting her up
at 6 am
to use the
bathroom but the last 3 mornings she's been wet.
Maybe it comes from being so uncomfortable
at the end of your pregnancy... Or maybe it's
getting used
to waking up a million times a night
to go
to the
bathroom when you're pregnant.
Other reasons
to make the move
to a big bed include jumping out of the crib and toilet training — your child may need
to get up
at night
to go
to the
bathroom.
Watching all the seasons of Parks and Recreation and Weeds because the doctor ordered it is nice
at first... like real nice... but laying on your side for days on end and only being able
to get up
to go
to the
bathroom and shower can
get old FAST.
When she asked where I
got the water from, I took her hand in my grubby little fist and led her
to the
bathroom where I happily pointed
at the toilet.

get as much as you can between the ten

bathroom - i sat on the toilet & the rushes came down like nothing i can explain - but they didn't hurt - it was just POWER!
Getting ready took no time
at all, as the stateroom's split
bathrooms allow one
to shower while the other brushes teeth, washes faces, etc..
Pregnant woman may have a hard time
getting comfortable
at night, or may need
to get up
to use the
bathroom several times in one evening.
I want absolutely everything organized and clean
to the point where I am a little OCD about it, I like watching The Bachelor / The Bachelorette on Mondays, I prefer straight tequila over wine, I have a Beagle and a Chihuahua even though I don't even like either one of those breeds, I like Justin Timberlake, Michael Buble and Lyle Lovett, I have
at least 20 bottles of shampoo and conditioner in my
bathroom at any one time, Audrey Hepburn is my idol, I have an unhealthy addiction
to Target and Zulily, Singing In The Rain is my favorite movie, Purple is my favorite color, my best friend and I have been friends for 20 years now, I haven't
gotten my driver's license yet out of sheer laziness, my favorite desert is key lime pie and cheesecake, I hide chocolate all over my house for when PMS strikes, I have asthma that I've been hospitalized for 3 times, I used
to play guitar, piano and conga drums, (I think) I'm a good photographer, I use
to dance professionally (ballet) for 15 years, I love Mexican food and I'm Italian.

And
at one point I had four kids, ages three and under, so, I didn't
get to go very far besides like my bed, the
bathroom and the kitchen.
(I think our only complaint is directed
at each other, since both my husband and I have a habit of setting dirty diapers on the
bathroom sink while we
get the baby dressed and situated someplace else... and then completely forget
to go back and deal with the diaper.
Help him
get used
to new
bathrooms by starting with one in which he feels safe, like the one
at his best friend's house or
at Grandma's.
Lots of kids
get attached
to their own potty seat or the familiar toilet
at home, and it's normal for them
to be leery of other
bathrooms.
Now we never nurse
at night, and except for normal pregnancy stuff (
getting up
to go
to the
bathroom, braxton hicks, etc.) I sleep great!
No bottoms means they can
at least temporarily skip that step and just
get to the
bathroom to go instead.
You just might need
to view
getting up when you hear him in the
bathroom as part of the parenting job for a little while longer (see point # 4),
at least until he really understands that no, it's still night time.
When you have been in one position and then suddenly change position, you tend
to notice that you need
to use the
bathroom, same with babies, so if you've been holding the baby on your lap for a while,
get up with the intention of making a quick stop
at the toilet first!
This may not seem very large, but it can be enough
to make you
get up every few hours
to go
to the
bathroom at night.
If we look
at the wait time, my wait time is the mother
gets the MRI and
gets the contrast before she leaves the hospital, she goes
to the
bathroom and pees, she
gets home and pees, it helps flush out the contrast that's hanging around and the wait time becomes the time for her
to get home and
get ready
to breastfeed your baby.
We only have three
bathrooms by the way so the boys come home from football and my oldest boy is 10, I
get them one
at a time in and we
get up and we have like a minute in the shower, scrub head
to toe and
get the body wash and you
get out, and you brush your teeth and you go
get your boxers on and
get on your bed and don't hit anybody on the process.
It
gets worse
at night when I try
to get up for the
bathroom it's so hard I need
to ask my busban for help.
My oldest weaned
at 14 months and switched
to just
getting a cuddle with her soother before bed; my second weaned
at 28 months, and by then she was doing the same bedtime routine as our oldest (jammies,
bathroom, stories and prayers, goodnight, lights out, door closed, mom and dad leave).
Occasionally, children
get so involved in what they are doing
at the moment that they simply don't feel the need
to take the time
to go
to the
bathroom.
Routine: In order
to be ready for that first day, I would agree with the experts who suggest you should start your early -
to - bed routine a few nights ahead of that first morning rush, or even a few weeks early according
to Elizabeth Scott, M.S., but let's be honest, you should probably set your own alarm for 4:00 a.m. that first day if you have any chance
at force - feeding your children breakfast, combing their hair, brushing teeth,
getting dressed, going
to the
bathroom, packing lunches, arguing over footwear, dragging a comb through your own nest of hair so you look presentable in front of the other, scrambling neighbourhood parents before shooing the kids out the door.
STEP 4: Notice that baby's all done (he
got really still and didn't seem
to be actively peeing or pooping
at that point) and do the following: clean his bum (if necessary - with EC, poos are generally pretty clean); replace his pants; empty the potty in the public
bathroom (there was one teeny tiny
bathroom on this boat... so I did have
to wait in line while carefully balancing the potty); wipe out the potty with a paper towel or baby wipe, or rinse it if you can; put the potty back in the plastic bag, inside the carry - on; and enjoy the fact that you just avoided another nasty blow - out - diaper - clean - up job... on a boat.
You'll also want
to make sure the
bathroom is
at a comfortable, warm temperature so your baby won't be cold when he or she
gets out of the tub.
We laugh though we she goes poo and yells
at us
to «
get out» of the
bathroom.
If I don't expect him
to clean the poopy diapers then I can't
get mad
at him when he leaves them sit on the
bathroom counter waiting for me.
He would tap his diaper
at 9 months when he'd wet &
at 11/12 mo. he'd run
to the
bathroom to poop - so we
got a floor potty chair for him.
