Last summer my octogenarian parents
planned yet another downsizing — this time from a 2 bedroom condo in a retirement community to an 800 square foot apartment in an Active Seniors building (apparently that means that they

Anyway, the point I'm
getting to is, while sometimes this level of organization can be indicative of a mental condition, sometimes it can also be really helpful when your dietary lifestyle requires so much more cooking and
meal planning than most people's.
Believe it or not, even as a food blogger and self - proclaimed
meal planning maven, I
get into food ruts too.
I really need to start
meal planning — or at least
getting a vague idea of what I'm doing!
For this reason, if you do decide to incorporate grains into your
meal plan as a possible magnesium source, whole grain products are the best way for you to
get as much magnesium as possible from your grains.
