Jasmine rice is a lot trickier to cook though, because the rice will
get mushy very quickly if you don't keep an eye on it.

I used a potato masher to
get the lentils a bit
mushier, and blitzed the toasted walnuts quickly so they weren't so big (but that's personal preference) and it held together
very well.
My tator tots
got very mushy, maybe it would be better to bake them and then add them.
