Another trick for creating a
nice environment for
bread - rising in a cold kitchen: microwave a cup of water for about a minute or until the inside of the microwave
gets nice and steamy, then quickly move the water to the side and put the dough in the microwave and close the door.
About the snickerdoodle cookies
getting hard... I put mine in a zip - lock bag and put a piece of white
bread in with them... they stay
nice and moist.

I'm in Honolulu and am having a difficult time
getting this
bread nice and round.
We've
