The veggies are grouped into chapters, and each chapter starts with some basic
info on that veggie, including
nutritional information, as well as tips for what to look for when buying, and how to best store it until you're ready to
get cooking.
You can
get more specific
info on each ingredient by doing a google search like «
nutritional information honey» or whatever ingredient you want to know more about.
I don't personally but have
gotten a lot of requests for the
nutritional info on these so I'll update the post soon!
To
get the most accurate Smart Points value, I highly recommend adding up all the
nutritional info from the specific brands of ingredients you use.
However, your
nutritional info here must be wrong — I
got a total of about 240kcal (although my milk is slightly higher in that)-- did you maybe calculate it with full - fat coconut milk (which has easily 300 - 400kcal per cup) instead of the coconut beverage (~ 50kcal / cup)?

these are essentially Lara Bars... if you look at their ingredients, they are the same... If you're looking for
nutritional info, you can
get a rough estimate.
i don't understand how you can
get away with posting any relevant
nutritional info with all those alternate ingredients (eggs versus chia versus nut butter) they have completely different
nutritional content.
