Yes we have improved we have become more aware we have started to show some maturity when facing the top dogs and that's the difference between us this season and us
getting SMASHED by all of the top teams last season and if you watch football you can see that the city side are not a patch
on their former selves nor Liverpool nor even chelski, we are NOT another 49 unbeaten squad not yet and not for a while until the improvements are made, Yea credit where its due of course but lets NOT RUN AWAY WITH THE IDEA WE ARE WORLD BEATERS JUST YET EH, AKB's are the reason we'll never improve as a fan base
because they can see NO wrong in anything the
board or AW does, Im no AOB but I do see the need for self criticism and improvement and at BIGGUN its not a ridiculous statement at all we have improved but they have also been off the ball and that why we're having a good run.

The other part of your post regarding Usmanov selling his shares could come true, if he feels there is no point in hanging around if he thinks there is no chance of him
getting on the
Board of Directors at Arsenal or take overall control, the only reason he will stick around is
because he is a fan of the club, not just a very rich man trying to squeeze very penny from the club to prop up his other franchises.

All the poxy little signs in the world aren't going to make a difference to any decisions by the
board or Wenger, if anything it will make them more resolute in their stance, why do you think Wenger hasn't announced his intentions yet, it's
because he won't be pushed or bullied by a load of fans, I
get the impression he's enjoying keeping everyone hanging
on, as if to say «stuff you, I'll tell yo when I want to».
Emirates stadium and huge sponsor deals we finally have had two poor years by his standards at the helm we always havent been so great and are we weak supporters or strong give him a contract i mean hes won with ants for money let him spend for once cause even if we do
get new manager inflation has occured and no body else will win with the small amounts we gave him to spend and in 20 years actuall more it seems the club is finally willing to spend give him a contract let him spend and if we do nt improve which i think we will i think that the club is finally willing to spend shows were
on an upturn
because as long as top four the owner and
board weren't and after we spend big or somewhat big for once and auba and mkhitaryan arent the big im hoping for i want more if liverpoodlians can pay 75million for a cb let wenget spend a bit and if we still do bad we can always sack him or ask him to leave wouldnt be uncommon but we owe it to him and do nt say we do not
because emirates london colney that will bring in high talent here for years to come and we have never spent for him just gave little and hes always done big things with little i think he can do bigger things in his final years if we give him big i do nt see us in decline but if we sack him we will be for a good three maybe four years
Hoping he can work some miracle and
get Jabari

because a happy Jabari at his best is an asset.
Like yesterday was as low as it
gets for me as fan I didn't even care when Liverpool
got 3 rd and fourth goals
because we're dead our pride as fans is same as players we're just dead hurt, sad, weak and spineless then it
gets better ox is going Chelsea today and now timers sanchez has put in transfer request haha when
board said change they meant it change as in we're selling all players and we're going like Aston Villa laugh u mite we are rotten from top to da bottom and it will
get better cause I bet by Thursday we will bring in nobody and promote young kids we mite chance van diik he's going for 60 million and by Thursday night sky sports will report arsenal came in with last min bid of 21 million for van diik it
got flat out laughed at so at 1 min to 11 we came in again with bid of 27 million and add
ons til 2029 its hard and it is only beginning haha ox starts at anfield and was shambles and he is sold today says a lot about wenger if that was me I'd say stay away till ur sold u little traitor thanks ox hope its worth it, loyalty me behind ahwell we still bellerin another little man and heart holding for Barca ahhhh I'm so mad we need Simeon's cum in and start bouncing heads off da canvas Jesus bring bk George graham at least we have defence??
Welbz started
because Giroud is just being useless
on the pitch, Welbz wasn't the CF that Wenger initially wanted so if the
board had
gotten a better CF then you wouldn't have had what you posted to say...
We must change things are
board level
because someone there must have an issue with spending money, great finacial figures released by Arsenal again & we spend 5 million in the transfer window & to be fair spent little in the summer too in comparsion to everyone else, all we
get is it is not easy to find you players & I take
on board some of what Wengers says but at this stage we must bring in someone to help him
because he is ntrying to do too much at the club & I would gladly through my hat in the ring to be come head of purchasing but I have a feeling they would not let me spend a penny HELP WANTED to improve the same old story
Don't know what he was thinking Watt was gonna do when
on the ground I
get keeping hands
on because Watt can explode from anywhere but the back head punch was dirty and the Chiefs don't play as a dirty team (although dirty stuff happens for everyone across the
board I'm just generality speaking)
Time for some brutal honesty... this team, as it stands, is in no better position to compete next season than they were 12 months ago, minus the fact that some fans have been easily snowed by the acquisition of Lacazette, the free transfer LB and the release of Sanogo... if you look at the facts carefully you will see a team that still has far more questions than answers... to better show what I mean by this statement I will briefly discuss the current state of affairs
on a position - by - position basis... in goal we have 4 potential candidates, but in reality we have only 1 option with any real future and somehow he's the only one we have actively tried to
get rid of for years
because he and his father were a little too involved
on social media and he
got caught smoking (funny how people still defend Wiltshire under the same and far worse circumstances)... you would think we would want to keep any goaltender that Juventus had interest in, as they seem to have a pretty good history when it comes to that position... as far as the defenders
on our current roster there are only a few individuals whom have the skill and / or youth worthy of our time and / or investment, as such we should
get rid of anyone who doesn't meet those simple requirements, which means we should
get rid of DeBouchy, Gibbs, Gabriel, Mertz and loan out Chambers to see if last seasons foray with Middlesborough was an anomaly or a prediction of things to come... some fans have lamented wildly about the return of Mertz to the starting lineup due to his FA Cup performance but these sort of pie in the sky meanderings are indicative of what's wrong with this club and it's wishy - washy fan - base... in addition to these moves the club should aggressively pursue the acquisition of dominant and mobile CB to stabilize an all too fragile defensive group that has self - destructed
on numerous occasions over the past 5 seasons... moving forward and building
on our need to re-establish our once dominant presence throughout the middle of the park we need to target a CDM then do whatever it takes to
get that player into the fold without any of the usual nickel and diming we have become famous for (this kind of ruthless haggling has cost us numerous special players and certainly can't help make the player in question feel good about the way their future potential employer feels about them)... in order for us to become dominant again we need to be strong up the middle again from Goalkeeper to CB to DM to ACM to striker, like we did in our most glorious years before and during Wenger's reign... with this in mind, if we want Ozil to be that dominant attacking midfielder we can't keep leaving him exposed to constant ridicule about his lack of defensive prowess and provide him with the proper players in the final third... he was never a good defensive player in Real or with the German National squad and they certainly didn't suffer as a result of his presence
on the pitch... as for the rest of the midfield the blame falls squarely in the hands of Wenger and Gazidis, the fact that Ramsey, Ox, Sanchez and even Ozil were allowed to regularly start when none of the aforementioned had more than a year left under contract is criminal for a club of this size and financial might... the fact that we could find money for Walcott and Xhaka, who weren't even guaranteed starters, means that our whole business model needs a complete overhaul... for me it's time to
get rid of some serious deadweight, even if it means selling them below what you believe their market value is just to simply right this ship and change the stagnant culture that currently exists... this means saying goodbye to Wiltshire, Elneny, Carzola, Walcott and Ramsey... everyone, minus Elneny, have spent just as much time
on the training table as
on the field of play, which would be manageable if they weren't so inconsistent from a performance standpoint (excluding Carzola, who is like the recent version of Rosicky — too bad, both will be deeply missed)... in their places we need to bring in some proven performers with no history of injuries... up front, although I do like the possibilities that a player like Lacazette presents, the fact that we had to wait so many years to acquire some true quality at the striker position falls once again squarely at the feet of Wenger... this issue highlights the ultimate scam being perpetrated by this club since the arrival of Kroenke: pretend your a small market club when it comes to making purchases but milk your fans like a big market club when it comes to ticket prices and merchandising... I believe the reason why Wenger hasn't pursued someone of Henry's quality, minus a fairly inexpensive RVP, was that he knew that they would demand players of a similar ilk to be brought
on board and that wasn't possible when the business model was that of a «selling» club... does it really make sense that we could only make a cheeky bid for Suarez, or that we couldn't
get Higuain over the line when he was being offered up for half the price he eventually went to Juve for, or that we've only paid any interest to strikers who were clearly not going to press their current teams to let them go to Arsenal like Benzema or Cavani... just part of the facade that finally came crashing down when Sanchez finally called their bluff... the fact remains that no one wants to win more than Sanchez, including Wenger, and although I don't agree with everything that he has done off the field, I would much rather have Alexis front and center than a manager who has clearly bought into the Kroenke model in large part due to the fact that his enormous ego suggests that only he could accomplish great things without breaking the bank... unfortunately that isn't possible anymore as the game has changed quite dramatically in the last 15 years, which has left a largely complacent and complicit Wenger
on the outside looking in... so don't blame those players who demanded more and were left wanting... don't blame those fans who have tried desperately to raise awareness for several years when cracks began to appear... place the blame at the feet of those who were well aware all along of the potential pitfalls of just such a plan but continued to follow it even when it was no longer a financial necessity, like it ever really was...
I know what you mean though and I do not believe it is Wenger that is the issue, he won the EPL when Dein was
on the
board and the
board had passion, we
got to our current state
because of ownership.
Frankly I don't care anymore, AFC, the way it is been run now is not worth all the heartache and disappointment it keeps giving us fans and am totally done with hoping anything good is in the offing... the manager is
on # 8million per year, the least paid player in the squad will earn in a month what I will prolly earn in a year, the
board and owner
gets # 3million for giving advice so why should I be miserable foe my for my wife and daughter
because of a club which cares nothing for me?
If money isn't an issue then why not
get rid of Kroenke, what use is he apart from having no infrastructure
on the
board,
because it's filled with his accountants, figuring out how to rip of the fans and season ticket holders, to pay for his 3.5 million pounds worth of «advice»?
Nice article... I used to be one of those staunch Wenger fans through the years... I used to believe he is superior than Sir Alex,
because with almost nothing to spend and playing with kids, he managed to keep us up there every year... I was really caught up with that half season wonder we used to show... In the summer 2013, him or the
board (I don't recall) came out and said we are much stable financially and now we can fight with the biggest bullies, I
got my hopes high, I thought we are definitely signing a top striker and DM, that what we need... What happened, only hours before the window closed we managed to sign a top AMF (remember we have our best player for the season 2012 - 2013 was AMF, Cazorla if you remember), I was really depressed seen Giroud leading the line every match... then comes winter window, and we were right there top of the table... My friend send me a poster of an elephant
on a tree, and
on the bottom of it «no one knows how it
got there but everybody knows how it will
get down»... I told my friend that we are only one decent striker far from the gold... and what happened, we signed an old injured DM
on loan... That for me was a completely arrogance and stubbornness cost us the league title... There I completely lost the plot with Wenger... I wish yesterday I was with those who raised that banner... I would write in my banner «Enough talks and philosophy, we need results»
Newcastle to win: The Magpies can be trusted enough to go and
get the win
on the
board in this one and that is
because the Cherries are just not creating enough going forward.
The Magpies may be worth backing to
get a goal
on the
board because they have to go for it, but their defence will probably let them down.
Bigger, more established providers like schools and health visiting services can be the hardest to
