get peanut flour here!

got a question on that post wondering if they could be made somehow without the
peanut flour.
I also added 2T of
peanut flour to my dough to
get the Play - Doh consistency mentioned in the recipe.
I actually
got very frustrated by vegan protein powders and then realized that
peanut flour is actually nutritionally the same - so i use that in smoothies now.
My Nut Butter Balls have a blend of cashew butter and sun butter to
get the taste of
peanut butter, coconut
flour to
get the right texture and honey to sweeten.
Have to try these, both with and without natural
peanut butter, but where do I
get coconut
flour?
1/4 cup unflavoured whey protein 1/4 cup ground almonds (plus a bit extra, if you need to dry out the mix later) 1tbsp high protein nuts n more white chocolate
peanut butter 1tbsp coconut
flour 1 - 2caps valencian orange oil (mine came from Asda) 1 - 2tbsp water (add a little at a time so that the mix doesn't
get too wet & sticky) 7 drops vanilla flavdrops zest of half an orange 50g white chocolate 6 flaked almonds
With the egg, the
peanut flour, and the
peanuts in this recipe you're
getting tons of complete protein.
I just can't
get enough of this
peanut miracle
flour.
(Also added almond
flour and ground flax to
get firmness, and used
peanut butter instead of cashews, just because of a craving and supplies on hand.)
I have done much reading and from it all; it seems the healthiest way is to
get rid of the white
flour bread, white
flour pasta, sugar, soda, potato chips, white rice, sugary juice; and consume lots of leafy greens, sweet potatoes, pistachios, creamy unsweetened
peanut butter, whole grains, whole fruit, unsweetened coconut milk (which is so GOOD!)
I
got the base from Monique at Ambitious Kitchen (who is amazing, follow her) and updated it with things I can't live without — like
peanut butter, nuts and coconut
flour.
I used coconut
flour, and subbed crunchy
peanut butter for almond butter (it's not easy to find locally)-- I also couldn't
get hold of any organic raw honey, so I substituted maple syrup.
Once you
get a little more comfortable with low carb baking, you can start trying out other ingredients like coconut
flour,
peanut flour, etc, that take a little more know - how to work with.
Fresh organic pumpkin
gets mixed with Bob's Red Mill's Garbanzo Bean
Flour and
peanut butter to create an amazing flavor.
