Remember if you aren't at the head of the class when it comes to the development of young talent, which means eyes on the ground everywhere, a vast array of connections with soccer associations throughout Europe and beyond and a manager willing to properly train and
play said blue chippers, (like the 90s Arsenal or clubs like the modern day Monaco and Dortmund) you need to spend to win... anything in between is highly problematic... failure to make the necessary changes leaves you in the proverbial «no man's land» and that is currently where we reside... it's difficult to
get out of this rut... just ask either of the Milan teams... next step after that is being known as a «seller», which could be us already if and when Sanchez leaves... there are only two teams that have worn this moniker in recent
times and had some decent success and that is Athletico Madrid and Dortmond, which only occurred when they both brought in new, charismatic leaders in Simmone & Klopp... the odds that Wenger could conjure up the magic to repeat the performances of a bygone era are incredibly low,
so why prolong the agony... he's not willing to create the hierarchy necessary to go the youth route and he's unwilling to put his team's potential success ahead of his job security by laying it on the line with Moustache,
so it's
time to place all your chips in the middle or go gently into that good night

If Arsenal had not slipped up
so many
times to allow the current Premier League leaders to open up such a big, and frankly unbridgeable, gap at the top of the table then we Arsenal fans would have been hoping for the boost that our team would
get when the injury hit Spanish midfield star Santi Cazorla was fit to
play again.
It's difficult to blame Ozil for the difficulties he's faced at Arsenal without looking at the big picture... like the fans, he too was lied to by Wenger... there is no doubt in my mind that he was told by Wenger that he was trying desperately to recreate our earlier success by acquiring players that fit the system he ran when Henry was in his prime... as we know this hasn't happened... in order for Ozl to flourish he needs some speed up front, forwards that can make intelligent runs, a boss in the midfield to compensate for his obvious defensive liabilities and defenders who can transition from defence to offence quickly and efficiently... much like he had in Real and with the German National squad... unfortunately he ended up on a squad that has a striker who
plays with his back to goal, very few intelligent runs into the box, minus Sanchez, no one to take pressure off him in the midfield, once Cazorla was injured, average defensive midfielders around him, which simply highlighted his lacking defensive qualities and defenders who lack the necessary cutting edge when it comes to transitional passing... instead of blaming Ozil, which is simply too easy, especially considering his mopey disposition, we should be asking ownership and / or Wenger why they brought him in if they didn't intend on doing what was necessary to
get the best from him... can you imagine Ozil
playing with the likes of Henry, Viera, Petit and Pires, it would be incredibly to watch and even more difficult to stop...
so the only thing different between his experiences in Real and with the German team versus his
time at Arsenal are the players around him and we all know who is in charge of making those decisions, the Grinch who stole soccer
Also Olivier Giroud will be happy to move just across London

I've said
so all the
time: He has
got good stats while being on the wing, but we should rather
play Walcott there.
Ozil — obviously this player has some superior skills but his posturing is hard to swallow when things aren't going well... love his link up
play with Sanchez,
so just imagine if Wenger gave a shit about the Striker or right forward positions... I feel a bit for him because he was liekwise given promises about our direction and they never materialized; that being said he needs to grow up sometimes and find a way to handle the pressure a little better... I wouldn't
get carried away about locking him into a much higher wage for any length of
time if we aren't planning to properly revamp the current club
No we hv a very good U21 side, most of our players are 16/17 year old and they

get playing time before this season.
What a failire he's become. He was bought as the man supposed to lead the line and send us to glory and now he becomes a
so called super sub.I don't
get it.France's leading striker is a super sub at Arsenal.Since he came here he's part of the reason why we've not been able to win the league. He's also part of the reason why Wenger remains hesitant in signing a world class striker since for some reason he still believes in him. He's really affected Arsenal a lot which I don't kbow if many have realized. At
times playing with him is like
playing with no striker at all. This inconsistencies won't help us at all going forward We have absolutely zero quality in striking department.

Him and Sanchez are comming back from a tournament, they'll be given
time off to relax, but he has never
played in the league

playing style, in the shortest amount of
time going, personally i don't think he'll fair that well its an enormous ask at the best of
times.
