I couldn't
get pure almond flour so used LSA, did this affect it?

I want to
get the calories down for weight loss though so my updated recipe is: 6 oz brewed organic coffee cold, 6 oz unsweetened
almond milk, 1 scoop organic plant based protein powder, 1 tsp
pure vanilla extract, 1 tbs organic cocoa, 1 egg yolk, stevia to taste, and contents of 2 probiotic capsules.
It
gets some crunch from the chopped
almonds, lovely flavours from the spices and fresh ginger and just enough sweetness from the sultanas and
pure maple syrup.
I use blanched
almond flour, grass fed butter,
pure grade B maple syrup,
pure vanilla extract, this is
getting too expensive to experiment again and again.
They're made with
almond flour, and they
get their moistness from olive oil and their sweetness from
pure maple syrup.
The crust is made of
pure almond flour, which has an amazing texture you just can't
get from ~ normal flour ~.
Using ground
almonds substitute will yield an
almond flavor and I suggest using
pure almonds to
get the real deal cookie flavor.
I now make this same oatmeal in my kitchen, but I replace the brown sugar with
pure maple syrup,
almond milk for the cows milk, and use coconut butter instead of real butter to
get the same creamy, slightly sweet effect, but with the ingredients I use from day to day.

Since I have not eaten dairy for years,
almond milk has been my main milk (I
get Silk
pure almond vanilla unsweetened).
