Anyway, I might try your recipe for my next batch since the powdered
goat's
milk is much easier to
get than the
raw goat's
milk (about 30 minutes away and they sell out very quickly so sometimes you
get all the way over there and they have none!).
I used to give to my girls this juice combined with a little bit of
raw goat milk and for me with coconut
milk, but stopped this ritual; Would love to make more time and
get back to it, it's such a healthy juice!
Also, these are the only things I can think of that I changed in my diet in the past week: — avoiding cow dairy (except butter); replaced with
goat milk and
goat cheese (not
raw)-- I bought glucose tablets to use for my low blood sugars (trying to
get away from excess fructose), Dex 4 «Naturals» (no color added) Ingredients: Dextrose (D - glucose), cellulose, sterotex, citric acid, malic acid, natural orange flavor, ascorbid acid.

goats «yoghurt» with a reputable kefir starter pack and organic (but pasturised)
goats milk (can't
get raw) for the first time, for the GAPs diet where I have to start having only the kefir whey.
Try to
get your hands on
raw goat milk or sheep's
milk.
I finally
got a hold of
raw organic
goat's
milk.
The guy who sent me the grains said when he
got them, they smelled strongly of
goats milk, as the lady who sent them used only
raw goat milk.
