These
sweet potato fries are quite simple to make and very satisfying to eat, but don't worry, if you hate
sweet potato you can easily sub them for regular
potatoes, works just as well, they'll even
get a bit crisper.
People saying that
sweet potato fries taste better than regular french
fries got me to try those, and to this day I give a serious side - eye to anyone else who makes that claim.
I know it's a pain because it stops you from making a million baked
sweet potato fries at a time (if you're anything like me, you'll wish you had a million), but they just won't
get crispy if the baking sheet is crowded.
Get it with a side salad (featured here) or
sweet potato fries, and perhaps wash it down with a beer brewed in house or one of their non-alcoholic elixirs or potions.

I've tried many different methods of cooking, frying and baking
sweet potatoes to recreate the light crispy texture of those wonderful
fries at California Cafe but never could
get it just right... until now.
Get some extra veggie goodness into your stir
fries by subbing rice with
sweet potatoes.
Add some

Depending on how you cut these you can have thick, soft
