The tomatoes
got waaaaay

Dice up the jalapeno a bit smaller than the other
veggies so it blends in better and also so that you don't

veggies and storing them in a bento box (like pictured below) or in a tupperwear container and waiting until just before you eat them to assemble them, as the coconut wrapper can

But typically if you're going on a low carbohydrate diet, you're eating vegetables, primarily your green
veggies, you're eating high quality fat and high quality protein and you
got ta be careful especially if you're trying to be Ketogenic not going
too high on the protein because protein can be gluconeogenic.
Now with all this count the carbs in your food advice, or count the net carbs in all foods, or Mark's Daily apple advice to consider all non starchy
veggies as free of carbs I find it's impossible to hit enough calories without giving up
veggies or
getting my
veggies and calories but
too much carbs balance, is there lee way if you're bigger framewise and have a faster metabolism?
I'm a very persistant person and won't stop till I
get what I want hehe just want to make sure I am doing the right thing, and yes I do eat carbs from
veggies / fruit quite a bit, I'm a raw smoothie addict (have a smoothie first thing in the morning and one after a workout) hehe I don't think my calories are
too much (1500 - 1700) since I also do a physical job on my feet all day long, what do you think?
