to consult with an applicant who requests accommodation at an

to get written input as
to what will be required
to accommodate the disability during the
interview process.
While a hiring manager will
get a better sense of a candidate's personality during the
interview, it is important
to establish that fact
early on with the resume.
Do leave

interview about 10 minutes before it is scheduled, but find a spot
to relax if you arrive before that.
