get to the gym more:

get any credit for the indoor workouts I did at the
gym (and seeing the giddy look on my dog's face every time I took his leash out of the cabinet), I started opting
to take him out
more frequently.
Define exactly what you need, whether that's a larger budget
to get real results, an assistant, flexible hours, working from home a few days a week, time
to go
to the
gym and clear your head in the afternoons,
more realistic expectations, the ability
to define strategic goals or otherwise, and explain how that will have a positive impact on your output.

more active lifestyle, then it should come as little

gym break during off - hours (and avoiding the lunch - time rush), or staying active with their kids.
The irony is that they
got a lot from us: Free advertising on our shirts and trailer, in newspaper articles and at our fundraisers as well as free labor
to host concessions, clean up the
gym, set - up and tear down a huge car show, and
more!
What used
to be simple routine — heading
to the
gym every day —
got sideswiped by a demanding puppy, a terrible cough that kept me up at night for weeks (and with a voice that sounded like a tortured James Earl Jones), and travel
to my slushy hometown for work, which made me rely
more on Ricola than I would care
to admit.
Getting in an early morning workout (
more than stretching at the hotel
gym like I used
to do...), finding clean, nourishing food makes allll the difference in how much I can accomplish, how well I can handle airport annoyances and travel chaos, my energy levels both during the trip and when I
get home, etc. etc..
It has felt great
to get back into the
gym on a regular basis and
to feel
more fit and healthy again!
They look like they'd be the perfect elevenses snack, or a great energy hit after the
gym (and I'd defiantly be
more motivated
to actually
get to the
gym if I knew I could have these afterwards!).
Testing recipes, eating homemade lunch, going
to the
gym and just strolling around the city centre is what soothes my mind ^ ^ Sometimes all you need is a small / short break
to get your mind flowing again and
to become
more productive.
It will also taste great and break up you routine
to keep you motivated and
getting back
to the
gym for
more.

Like most people, I wish I made it
to the
gym more often, but with a toddler it's a miracle that I
get out the door looking presentable.
