I must admit I not a big fan of eating oat groats
in their sold form (
in a cereal); however, maybe through this
smoothie I can still
get my daily dose of oats through oat milk =) Unfortunately I can not find any fresh figs
in the farmer markets these days, nevertheless, I
got myself an extra load of raspberries and blackberries, so I shall
use those as a substitute for the time being.

get much more
use from my blender rather than my juicer as I love making things like
smoothies, soups and dips
in my blender.
I love to
use peanut powder
in recipes like this because it's a great way to
get the fiber and protein from peanuts
in a shake or
smoothie without all the oil, and it is so darn tasty, too!
I was
using it on everything —
smoothie bowls, breakfast sweet potato parfaits, sweet omelettes,
in my protein ice cream, on toast... basically anything that needed some extra crunch
got some chocolate granola.
Add it fresh to greens drinks and
smoothies,
use it instead of lettuce
in your salad or sauté it with some garlic, onions and a squeeze of lemon and you'll
get a healthy dose of protein along with the iron and vitamin content that it's better known for.
I've been meaning to
use beetroots
in smoothies just haven't
got around to it yet!
I think spinach is a GREAT green to add
in smoothies, but I think sometimes we
get stuck
in a rut of ONLY
using spinach.
I actually
got very frustrated by vegan protein powders and then realized that peanut flour is actually nutritionally the same - so i
use that
in smoothies now.

in Bath has jars of whole and ground spices and you can just weigh out the amount you want If you do

I
got used to kale or spinach

smoothies fast, they're especially great with frozen banana.
You can also
use unflavored protein powder
in detox
smoothies to
get the protein you need.
If you hate bananas, you can even
use all frozen mango
in a

i taste one and they're still yum & tart & yay, but i've
got no idea what to do with them because i oatmealed myself out weeks ago and i

I love turmeric but it can take some
getting used to, so I recommend introducing it into your diet
in the form of a

When bananas
get overripe, I peel them and put them
in a plastic freezer bag to
use later for
smoothies, too.
This is one of the few
smoothies we've seen that
uses almond butter, so you're
getting a nice nutty flavor to round out the sweet, and you're
getting some good fat
in there as well.
When I have fresh fruit
in the house that is
getting too ripe I cut it up and pop it into the freezer and

Really bad numbers started at -3.8, then
getting better 1 year later -3.6, 6 months later -3.5, it's slowly
getting better so I'm increasing my steamed kale / organic, approx 2 cups a day, and
using DK2 drops, lots of hiking up hills and stairs, and «core» exercises, tiny 1/4 coffee
in morning, chocolate 1 time a week, also drink a glass of organic celery to start the morning and a
smoothie with all organic blueberries, brocolli, flax seed, chai seed, and nettles all good mix with almond milk.
