I have tried everything and nothing seems to work... the only thing that I can think of that I believe helps me is by squatting as if you are peeing and I mean like
getting as low to ground as possible to really open yourself up... every time I do it... my vagina
starts to hurt more and more... hoping if I keep doing that my baby can
naturally start my dilation process!?! Other than that I'm just about done trying to
start this
labor!!
