getting better players then we do.
I get the whole concept of Arsenal playing as a team, but we should be like Barcelona,
get good players then get them to get along and connect on the pitch, not get a bunch of holigans and tell them be the best at what you do.

then he's in trouble, but he's very
good at positioning himself so it's not that big a deal, though when he does
get caught out it seems to stick in my head for a while, like against Anderlecht...

better player's even when not playing champions league, the selling point from arsenal point of view is to tell
players which they are trying to
get what the plan is of
getting back to top flight football by going for the Europa league over the FA cup and finishing in the top six otherwise if they go for wishy - washy arsene wenger stupid attitude of we've

get better what we need is an Ozil type midfielder that has more guts to play

good spirit, seing Ozil on board, thinking a team would be built around them but year after year, it is no top class addition with a guessing game plan, weakness all over the pitch,
players out of position, a team scared to play and lost as manager... Sanchez
then started to ask more money, we said no as to Ozil; waiting 6 month later to be on last year contract... The all management is nuts and Alexis or any
players try until they

get fit for wrld cup and his value back...

Remember the times our entire 23 man squad would all be called up on international break,

i think wenger makes the list of
players he wants and
then sends his negotiating team to sort out the transfer i.e gazidis and dicky law (who is very
good as he is multi lingual and has many contacts around south america / spain very handy) to sort out the finer details (
get a cheaper deal) of the deal, and broker terms and
then it
gets presented to the board (who give wenger and gazidis the budget to which they work with) for final approval.
I read that Wenger will only be given 100mil to rebuild but if he wants more

When the window slams shut
then what we have is what we
got to work with, I think some fans play a bit too much football manager to understand that

players react if Wenger openly says they are not
good enough?
Chelsea only slowed spending in recent years because they went totally ham in the years prior, they are stacked full of
good youth (they sold a lot of quality young
players too) and Roman seems to have little appetite for overspending now but they still have bigger resources than us and
better facilities just like City a fact people gloss over and the result of the overspending on youth sees them recoup money that they
then use to spend whilst it looks like they are not spending (also
got lucky with the price inflation directly after they went crazy on youth and the regularity of their China deals is sketchy at
best.)

good as the Wings organization / leadership thought they were in the first place.
