There's a brand called Marmoleum Click that produces lots of different
colors and patterns, so I gave her the link to that site so she could contact them about
getting sample colors if she likes the way it looks.

Of course, every paint
color will look different depending on your own lighting, so always
get samples first.
We painted our old, tired, 1970's kitchen cabinets last year and my recommendation is to

The green in my living room, bathroom, and laundry room was the result of too many green paint
samples getting mixed together in a bucket, and the blue in my hallway was an actual
color that I altered with craft paint.
I recommend
getting small
sample carton of your favorite paint
color from Lowes or Home Depot.
BTW, on my
sample piece, the only thing I had a little bit of trouble
getting out was pink gel food
coloring that I let sit on the
sample for 30 minutes.
You could even simply make a
sample board of the
color, but by actually painting on wood — you
get a better feel how the chalk paint will look.
Yes I can
get any
color I want by mixing my own, and yes I can even do 4 DIFFERENT
colors if I use different
sample pots of paint, but I would honestly be looking for a bigger cost savings before buying the Webster's since it is at least similar to the plaster of paris I have used & perhaps even more similar to the calcium carbonate.
