I rather quickly
got back down to a lean and fit form while breastfeeding (and eating sensibly
enough, I suppose, and
getting out for some form of
exercise pretty
regularly).
I talked with my chiropractor about it, and as he is a huge proponent of holistic health, he suggested a couple of things:
Get enough sleep,
exercise regularly, and eat Paleo: no grains, no refined sugars, no beans, no white potatoes, and no processed / refined foods.
In my experience, eating right,
exercising regularly and
getting enough shut - eye fosters positive body image.
When you focus on self - care, you probably make sure to eat nutritious foods,
