I tell you from a footballing point of view scoring 8 goals you
got have players that know where the goal
posts are it takes energy and creativity to score 8 yes I agree vikings changed their players because their league is starting i think tomorrow so yes they were not a big team team but to say that Arsenal were not strong thats a bit to much and I say it again you need energy and creativity to score 8 I was very
happy they did that Arsenal are well known for creating chances yesterday they converted them chances into Goals this should be the norm and I hope this will give them a lesson on how to win a game as they did nt dwell about with the ball it was goal after goal and that tells me that they went for the goals directly and I hope and wish the young guns all the best and to do well in the next season

Chelsea did a century ago with mourhino help and went right back on top of table... Oh, maybe we will do great next year, or the one after as long has it makes you
happy... You should go and i'm sure you will
get hired as Per... Please don't ever send comment, we real fans are in pain... Maybe you one of owners hiding or in another planet than football, just like them... Don't ever
post comment, i felt to
get a gun and shoot myself!

so instead of drugs or drinking i returned to the weights and juice i guess thats a drug lol in this last 2 yrs I've tried everything, to train like i was at the intensity at 28 uh not happening, Im at the point now where i
got to be
happy with me at 195 0r 200 cuz if i
get any stronger I'm gonna
get more achy and hurt, so my long ass point here is regardless of this routine that was
posted the high reps will keep you lifting longer, as your pump issue i find natural or not its the time between sets that dictates the pump, Corey you and many other naturals have done it all and still don't look huge its genes id still be 170 or less i bet if it wasn't for juice but let me say i wish i didn't do it seriously i had a crappy sexdrive till androgel came out and now I'm only on 300 test a week, I'm done with deca and eq I've been reading or maybe looking for negative stuff and I've found it, Another thing is with this routine to go to failure and
getting to heavy weights on so many sets i think will take a cns toll i feel like crap for the last 4 days i overdid it.
Very
happy to finally be
getting around to doing this
post.
