It's difficult to blame Ozil for the difficulties he's faced at Arsenal without looking at the big picture... like the fans, he too was lied to by Wenger... there is no doubt
in my mind that he was told by Wenger that he was trying desperately to recreate our earlier success by acquiring players that fit the system he ran when Henry was
in his prime... as we know this hasn't happened...
in order for Ozl to flourish he needs some speed up front, forwards that can make intelligent runs, a boss
in the midfield to compensate for his obvious defensive liabilities and defenders who can transition from defence to offence quickly and efficiently... much like he had
in Real and with the German National squad... unfortunately he ended up on a squad that has a striker who
plays with his back to goal, very few intelligent runs into the box, minus Sanchez, no one to take pressure off him
in the midfield, once Cazorla was injured, average defensive midfielders around him, which simply highlighted his lacking defensive qualities and defenders who lack the necessary cutting edge when it comes to transitional passing... instead of blaming Ozil, which is simply too easy, especially considering his mopey disposition, we should be asking ownership and / or Wenger why they brought him
in if they didn't intend on doing what was necessary to
get the best from him... can you imagine Ozil
playing with the likes of Henry, Viera, Petit and Pires, it would be incredibly to watch and even
more difficult to stop... so the only thing different between his experiences
in Real and with the German team versus his
time at Arsenal are the players around him and we all know who is
in charge of making those decisions, the Grinch who stole soccer

got through those
play - off games even though it was sometimes a close call, but for the first

in a report by The Mirror, but he also
played it down a little bit by claiming that the English Premier League and the title race is now
more important and
more of interest to fans than the UCL and maybe the fact that Arsenal have not looked remotely like winning it since we lost to Barcelona
in the final makes that true.

I wonder if Hexy decided
in the beginning of the year that it was
more important to showcase Weise and / or Lehtera
in hopes of them
playing well enough to entice a GM somewhere to give up something to take one of them off our hands than to have a slightly better player
in Meat on the roster but now that we are within striking distance of actually making the playoffs, Meat is
getting the
playing time while Weise is appropriately relegated to watching from afar and Lehtera would be if it weren't for Raffl

He's stated on multiple occasions that while the philosophy and technically sound possession oriented football remains the foundation, the
play as a whole is intended to
get the ball from back to front as quickly as possible, giving the MSN

time as they used to stringing passes
in midfield.
Up front we have a few world - class players surrounded by some serious pretenders... Sanchez is by far the most accomplished player
in our attack but the controversy surrounding his contractual mishandling could see him go before the window closes or most definitely by season's end... obviously a mistake by both parties involved, as Sanchez's exploits have never been
more on display than
in North London, but the club's irresponsible wage structure and lack of real intent have been the real undoing
in this mess... Lacazette, who I think has some world - class skills as a front man, will only be as good as the players and system around him, which is troubling due to our current roster and Wenger's love of sideways passing... Walcott should have been sold years ago, enough said, and Welbeck should never have been brought
in from the
get - go... both of these players have suffered numerous injuries over their respective careers and neither are good enough to overcome such difficulties: not to mention, they both are below average first - touch players, which should be the baseline test for any player coming to a Wenger - led Arsenal team... Perez should have been
played wide left or never purchased at all; what a huge waste of
time and money, which is ridiculous considering our penny pinching ways and the fact that fans had been clamoring for a real striker for years... finally Giroud, the fact that he stills wears the jersey is a direct indictment of this club's failure to
get things right... this isn't necessarily an attack on Giroud because I think he has some highly valued skills, but not for a team that has struggled to take their sideways soccer to the next level, as his presence slows their game even
more, combined with our average, at best, finishing skills... far too often those
in charge have either settled or chosen half - measures and ultimately it is us that suffer because no matter what happens Wenger, Gazidis and Kroenke will always make
more money whereas we will always be the ones paying for their mistakes... so every
time someone suggests we should just shut - up and support the team just think of all the sacrifices you've made along the way and simply reply... f *** off
Kos achilles ramsey hamstring Sanchez is gone and people do
get sick and ozil probably needed a day off and why when your the top player maybe you
get a little
more lee way than the 20 year old tryi ng to make the team ozils mistake was his post arsene is smart and you would rid us of our legend manager and our top international world class players keep wenger
in his
time will come im sure if you were a player you would love
playing for him but we all have our opinions and mine is no
more right than anyone else ’s
ozil
played at an avg for 63 mins per game at Madrid he doesn't have the stamina to
play full 90 mins both ger national squad & Madrid figured that out he needs 2 given break from
time 2
time if he found it hard
in la liga he definitely will find it
more difficult
in PL rotate him & he will
get better
I
get your point. But it won't help us if we're
playing in 3 back and some of our players are being
played out of position. Our success of 3 back last season was
more of mentality than due to the formation. The formation seemed to renew the mind of players and they started
playing better.Little did people realize that we always go back to our old ways only to put up a strong surge
in the end. We'll do well for a while when we go back to 4 back because our players will again change their mentality then after some
time we'll go back to our old ways.
Firstly, I will admit (as all of you read) that I wanted LP to
get more playing time with us earlier

While both those players are frustrating, I find Ramsey to be the worse as I feel his best moments of his
playing career was
in those few months alongside Arteta and he was looking like a contender for POTY already then
got injured, that period of
time seen Ramsey put
in more tackles per game than Arteta (on average I think it was 4.4), he was doing the defending and then taking the ball forward
in attacks.
Arsene Wenger can must
get Ben Yedder as long as he's clinical and can beat his man.I'd take him over Giroud any day and I think if Giroud is put
in that Toulouse squad he won't score
more goals than Ben Yedder and denying this fact would mean you choose to be blinded. We had better
get him quickly.I've said it here
time and
time again the reason why Arsenal are not winning things with Giroud is because he's not clinical. If you guys were to ever watch his misses
in every season by season since he came here you would be shocked at the kind of striker we have. But as usual he's always forgiven and people continually rate him basing it on statistics and forget he's
playing for Arsenal with the likes of.......
If he
played every game for the rest of this season and somehow magically

time then it would give
more weight to his argument of gettign paid
more.
Wilshere still holding ball too long at
times but
in part for lack of support but his holding and distribution

Sanzhez
played in the confederation cup lead Chile to a win (after being such a big part of our season) to come back 2 weeks after (when most have had a good rest) didn't
get to settle fully then
got injured sine then he has not been at his best (bad season for him) Ozil for me has had a near great season scored a assist 18 + goals what
more can you ask for... you are trying to put the way Giroud is useless 70 % of the
time and compare with two people who have made us better..

more than what it was
getting under the end of the Bruce Weber, and it became obvious that Zook wasn't going to provide.500
play, which is something he didn't even do the majority of the
time in Champaign.
ks not sure what you
got thumbed down for i think wilshire does seem to
play better coming from a deeper postion and rotating the players
more i think we all agree thats been a problem for us for quite a while the left wing can be sorted aslong as we use the right players wich we seem to have sitting on the bench most of the
time,,, i really hope wenger goes
in for a top defencive player
in january and as he normally dosent do alot
in the winter maybe someone who can cover cb / cdm
