When PSN does eventually come back up I'll return to my usual trend of
getting multiplatform games for PS3.
Switch will come out with probably one of the most acclaimed game all year, PS4 has tons of amazing games already out and coming out in the next 6 weeks, Xbox
got some multiplatform games.

One of the biggest complaints that I've seen some people make about the Switch repeatedly is that it's «too weak», so
multiplatform games aren't worth
getting on the system.
If
getting the Switch version of a
multiplatform game really was that bad, then there wouldn't be so much positivity surrounding this
game.

On many occasions, systems that are notoriously difficult to develop for have ended up
getting the short end of the stick when it comes to
multiplatform games since developers only have limited resources.
You want too talk about differences between scores for
multiplatform games also you should check out the madden reviews... ps3
gets what xbox 360
got and its only plain obvious that the ps3 version sucks.
I am relieved to see that the Switch usually only suffers from a frame rate cut and a resolution drop on these
multiplatform releases as opposed to the butchering
games often
got on the Wii due to power, storage medium limitations such as on the Gamecube and N64, and being hard to port to due to an entirely different development environment as the case was with the Wii U. I realize that these statements are a little oversimplified because it IS more complicated than that but there are a whole lot of worse ways that Nintendo ports have
gotten neutered for the last two decades because of Nintendo's tendencies to veer left when the market goes right.
I am sick to my stomach seeing you guys being happy about
Multiplatform games performing better
get some nice Exclusives for ones.
I
get all my
multiplatform games for the PC, but I sincerely hope it is a solid
game on both consoles as well.
I think it's safe to say, Microsoft would rather pay for DLC for
multiplatform games and to
get games as timed exclusives than actually develop anything.

got their own good unique gameplay mechanics But this way epic
games will develop an brand new IP with great gameplay mechanics going
multiplatform.
Its a little weird to see, but after it was announced that Bungie was going
multiplatform, I'm sure Sony was prepared to do almost anything to
get them to advertise it as a PlayStation
game, and lock up some exclusive DLC.
2: we know what the other 3 studios are doing (Halo, Gears and Forza H) 3: xbox 2 will probably release in 2019 or 2020, so I'm expecting they'll keep big announcements for next E3 Knowing what we know it will be filled with 3rd party
games intentionally masqueraded as exclusives during the show (but 1 hour later we'll hear the confirmation of it being
multiplatform) Halo 6, Forza horizon 4, Gears 5 and we'll
get one «surprise»
game we won't
get to play till 2020... (fable or perfect dark) It won't be all bad, but we should all go in this E3 knowing what we already know (that they'll disappoint us) and maybe, just maybe they'll surprise us (I won't be surprised but enthusiast might)
Whilst I can't see the Switch taking precedence over my PS4 for most
games, I'll definitely be keeping an eye on what features
get added to
multiplatform games in the future.
It really seems things went downhill once Sonic went
multiplatform as the Adventure
games were originally intended as Dreamcast exclusives and only
got ported to the Cube after the fact.
The Order 1866, an Infamous DLC that you can play without the
game, and of course exclusive DLC content for
multiplatform games like Destiny are all great incentives to
get a PS4, while XB1 has yet to attract me outside of perhaps Titanfall and Sunset Overdrive.
Being a
multiplatform release means you're
getting the best of both worlds: it has the depth of a PC racing sim with all the features you'd expect from a fully fledged console
game, i.e. a full single player campaign and AI.
I would think that
getting Star Wars items and popular
multiplatform titles would be the first place to go looking for costumes for a
game based community.
Build a PC and you're
getting the best platform to play
multiplatform games, the Xbox One's entire future library and other exclusive PC
games including MMOs.

got some bad early ports of
multiplatform games orangebox so not counting lbp its 6 AAA titles more.
Sony, microsoft and nintendo have all advertised
multiplatform games before... i don't
get what is so strange about that.
A PS4 owner can play everything an Xbox One X owner can play minus a few Xbox / PC
multiplatform games, however to accommodate for this they have a large library of exclusive
games that you can't
get on the Xbox One.

multiplatform game is a great opportunity and it hurts to see it wasted on such a

A price cut, as well as a new, aggressive marketing campaign for the PS3 certainly means good news for
multiplatform publishers as more consoles will ultimately mean more
game sales, however there is currently no word on whether Moore will be
getting a tattoo to commemorate the moment.
We've seen the card - based arcade
game Dragon Ball Heroes show off these forms and have
gotten confirmation Dragon Ball Xenoverse DLC Pack 3 will allow players to test their might in the global,
multiplatform title.
Now they just need to
get some ex-1UP writers on board and America would have a respectable
multiplatform games magazine again.
