There are so many things wrong with this
game, first of all the plot is too linear you play as Mario throughout the whole
game you don't
get to play as peach or bowser, there are no new
characters other than kersti, all the
characters in the
game are from the Mario platformers, there are no exp so you can't level up and if you run out of stickers you have no choice but to run away, peach only has about five lines, bowser is the main antagonist and he has no dialogue,
in the previous installments the main antagonist always had dialogue, and one of this
game's worst problems is that luigi went from being a playable
character to a glorified cameo, I have no idea what nintendo was thinking when they made this
game.

Only things which holds me back on FE are the chess gameplay, I didn't like it much
in Final Fantasy Tactics and FF Tactics Advanced, and when a
character dies they stay dead for the rest of the
game, my luck
in such cases is that the char should not die from one more hit, but
in those cases it's always a critical super effective and all that crap on me, making chars die un-needed and all I can do then is reload the
game, that's the
other reason for me to doubt it, maybe I could
get a demo from the e-shop...

The dialogue is all text based which I found pretty jarring considering we've
got voice acting
in pretty much all
other games... the only somewhat reasonable excuse I could think of was that with the expanded roster
in this edition (the largest roster so far) perhaps they didn't want to have the odd experience of some
characters voiced while
others weren't (or at least not by the actual star... and given some are no longer with us it would be a bit hard).

- the 18 returning classes were chosen by seeing which popular classes would fit with the
game - they also wanted to include classes to cover roles that the roster was lacked - the Pugilist class was added because the first group of classes selected did not include any with bashing and binding attacks - War Magus was added because the Medic was the only healer class
in the roster at that point - they couldn't simply include all popular classes as that would have skewed the balance of the
game - as for the Hero class, they with balanced offensive and defensive capabilities, but this made things to similar to
other classes - this was rectified by adding after - images and
other skills with good synergy - when an after - image appears, it does the same skills as the Hero, except on the following turn - it becomes possible for skills that usually can not be used multiple times
in a row to be activated multiple turns
in a row - it also means skills that only have an effect for one turn can be extended to two - after - images use not only the Hero's own class skills, but also their subclass skills - if the subclass is an Imperial, the Drive skill can be used multiple times
in a row - when using Hero as a subclass to Nightseeker, the
character can cover the Nightseeker's weaknesses of having low defense - after - images can also help increase the chances of inflicting status ailments - subclasses can be used to make up for weakness - Swordsman, a class that can learn speed and accuracy boosting skills, would be a good subclass for the Gunner - Reaper as a subclass for War Magus would allow that
character to use the scythe's skills to inflict status ailments - the skill tree is slowly unlocked as a
character grows - there are more skills that make jobs» individual styles stand out more, or expand the player's choices - the skill tree is also made so that there are less requirements to learn specific skills as compared to 5 - this makes it easier for players to
get the skill they want without spending large numbers of skill points on lower skills - it's now easier to put points into skills, which makes re-specing easier - the team faced difficulty
in balancing classes that were never meant to be alongside each
other - they are doing their best to ensure that they keep the individual classes» identities intact

This
game is half about how your
characters interact with each
other, and just having them

in my book at least.

I also feel like Shovel Knight kinda spoiled me as far as these
games with DLC
character expansions, though... as they're willing to
get Jake kauffman to do new music, and shake things up
in far more significant ways for the
other campaigns, where this is literally the same level design, but with grapple points for bolo to swing on or switch blocks for Shantae's Patricia Wagon cosplay to Switch - force it up with!

Sometimes it means
other characters get bumped out of
games that could have otherwise been a suitable choice (Koopalings for Bowser Jr. or Pauline for Peach), but I don't think that's what happened with DK
in the Mario Party
games.
I have been playing the BETA on the 360 since last week Friday, and i must admit i am really enjoying it, i was skeptical
in the beginning because i am no MMO player just cant
get into the
games, hell i could not even
get into borderlands 1 & 2 (yes i know its not an MMO) because of how repetitive the
games are, but Destiny has really peaked my interest and from what i have played its set to be a really deep and immersive and when you
get to play with
others it just
gets that much better, what i liked was that if you planned it right you can
get quite an interesting
character build as long as you set your armor and weapons right (
got a bit of a Diablo feel), and i think its going to
get really good once the
game is released.
Here we are
in the era of Grand Theft Auto V and Postal 3 and

other characters, and to think that elected officials once thought grainy footage of Kimberly Drummond

Bioshock Infinite immersed me

got me attached to its
characters more than any
other game before or after its release, with the possible exception of Last of Us.
The reason people always chose Final Fantasy VII, IX and X (and a list of

game in the series is because they include
characters we can relate to, and although it's clear the main protagonists are fighting their opposition for greater good, you
get to see how these
characters came to be the way they are.

Plus by being pushed as a
game of this calibre, it would then be another free - to - start title that features
in - app purchases for the players who wish to
get ahead and expand everything faster, but
