I've had trouble
getting over a plateau I was thinking of eating this way and was wondering if I do if that would help?!? Should I count calories or macros?
Anyway, heavier weight hurts but If i graduate up like you have described then I believe I can
get over my plateau.
But, are you saying that to
get over the plateau I seem to have reached with strenght training, I probably have to give up running?
I definitely couldn't have
gotten over the plateau without that extra kick given by Instant Knockout.

get over my weight
plateau.
When I try and help patients with weight loss and a PBWF diet, it can be hard because it does seem like so many of them hit a
plateau on their weight loss and then they can not
get over that hump.
However,
over the long - term, I've noticed that the results I
get from high reps exceeds the results I would
get with low reps, even under ideal conditions (i.e. noob gains that come before reaching a low rep
plateau).
