WASHINGTON (AP) Candidates outside of the two major parties are struggling to
get a place on the ballot in some U.S. states.
The vote is likely to trigger a leadership contest — but whether Corbyn will automatically
get a place on the ballot is unclear as nobody knows for sure what they party rules are.
This past election cycle, Krogh first worked for gubernatorial hopeful Rick Lazio and is credited with masterminding his GOP convention strategy that blocked his would - be primary opponents, Democrat - turned - Republican Suffolk County Executive Steve Levy and Carl Paladino, from
getting placed on the ballot.
Initiative 42 first
got its place on the ballot after more than 200,000 residents signed a petition asking the legislature to enforce the 1997 law known as the Mississippi Adequate Education Program (MAEP), which determines the threshold funding necessary to make schools effective.
