get disrupted and we start to have less progesterone, let's say below 20, you know, below 15 on average, that may be a big driving factor
of estrogen dominance and a lot
of the whole PMS
symptoms and the
symptoms that you just mentioned as well — the brain fog, the libido, dry hair, dry skin, dry nails, cold hand, cold feet, cramping, breast tenderness, all the things we already mentioned.
As a woman who suffered with PMS and
