Z Pizza in Mountain View has a very good Gluten free crust and Paxtel's (hope I got the spelling right) on Emerson in Palo Alto and 24th St in SF has a very
good gf crust also.
Fortunately most of the fillings are indeed gluten free, so if you use
a GF crust you're good to go.

Finding a decent vegan,
gf crust has been difficult, and I love pizza.
But I've been leaning towards a high raw / vegan diet, so I've been less attracted to restaurants claiming to have the next best
