gf flour combination is rice flour, sorghum and potato starch... its seriously makes things taste like regular wheat flour:)
I love that you used almond flour and it intrigues me that it doens» t need other
GF flour combinations to make it work.

combination with a few different
gf flours to make a sort of «all purpose blend»
100g white coloured «healthy
flour» e.g spelt or other
GF flour (I used a
combination of buckwheat and tapioca
flour)
By adding oat
flour, in
combination with small amounts of other
GF flours and starches, it actually gave moisture and elasticity to the mix.
I went through a crazy
GF flour phase where I was buying every kind imaginable along with the starches and making crazy
combinations bc I love science so much and it was like a puzzle.
