Yesterday, Adelaide joined me in Portland
for a long day of
work, and goodness gracious, I had one of those wonderful
gifts of a
parenting moment that lasted all day long, reminding me that all is well, it really is.

work hard to gather and distribute support materials and

parents, family & friends, professional care givers, and others who wish to understand baby loss and who want to help.

work in a similar vein; as the name suggests, they help
parents, family and friends save towards a child's future post-secondary education (it actually makes
for a great holiday
gift — at least
for the kid who has everything).

gifts throughout the year, do we want to attend the coffee hosted by the room mom, will we be going on the zoo trip, don't forget that 4 year olds bring their own snack this year, please send in updated immunization forms
for everyone, did you fill out the emergency contact paperwork, and on and on and on.
We are
working with Bronx
parents who have gone through the G&T process and can offer their experiences and knowledge to assist
parents, especially when signing up
for the free G&T test with the Department of Education; to answer questions
parents and caregivers may have about the G&T process and schools; and with organizations that provide further educational options
for parents of
gifted and talented children.»

Of course ~ there are exceptions ~ and the purpose of this blog is to provide you with three strategies
