So yes, offline is
gimped relative to online
version, but that is not something that can be overcome.
The Xbox 360
version of FIFA 07 was horribly
gimped compared to its last - generation brethren.
It will not outperform it, it is impossible for the system to do so without developers massively
gimping the PC
version.
Also, depending on your graphics card, a PC can have a much prettier game and more stable framerate than the Xbox One X
version (though some companies do
gimp the PC
version to have it on parity with a console equivalent).

gimping the Vita
version just so you can up - port the worst
versions out there.
Should be $ 20 at launch for every handheld
version, given how
gimped they are.
I would have purchased the Vita
version if it had been more like the console
versions, and not
gimped like the 3ds
version.
