I love carrot and
ginger juice so this is the next big step.

I tend to mainly eat veggies in the day
so try to get some fruit in in the morning
so I'll make a
juice like this or an apple, kiwi, pear and
ginger.
So I decided to make them again and used the left over pulp I had from making the carrot,
ginger and apple
juice in the book.
It has 3 feeding tubes, they're all pretty small
so you do have to spend a little more time chopping ingredients than with any of the centrifugal juicers but I do think it makes great
juice, especially for making something like a
ginger shot!

But do you think it is ok to
juice the
ginger in advance for a week or
so,
so that I don't have to clean my juicer every day or will it loose lots of nutrients?
So the very first time I tried making
ginger juice, I nearly choked the juicer.
The
ginger and lime
juice gave the broth
so much flavor.

My beet leaves were pretty tattered this time

juice them or stir - fry them with garlic and

so with a pre-Easter cleanse in mind or even a post-Easter one, I'm giving you an easy to make beetroot
juice with orange and

So, I started my detox And continuing it for 3 days with: Luke warm lemon in the morning, Regular meal then carrot
juice for lunch time
Ginger brew for my afternoon drink My regular dinner then I drink tea before going to bed.
