Of course, some teas are awesome during pregnancy: for example,
ginger tea does wonders as a natural cure for morning sickness!
Peppermint tea or
Ginger tea do wonders for these ailments, as do their essential oils.

After that I brew my morning elixir, a simple lemon,
ginger, and turmeric
tea, and then I
do some journaling while I drink it.

At first I was fooled by the health ingredients —
ginger, yerba mate, rhubarb root, etc... I really
did think it was just a
tea full of healthy and nourishing ingreidents that help detox your body from all the nasty stuff inside.
My other favorite hot beverage for soothing a sore throat is this simple lemon
ginger tonic, (Note: if you're in a pinch and don't have fresh lemon and
ginger handy, you can also try hot herbal
tea with honey as honey is the key ingredient in this recipe.)
I get nautious when I travel extensively too - a hot cup of
ginger tea or a bowl of
ginger - carrot soup
do wonders.
I would probably use it for just about everything from smoothies, soups (I mean it doesn't get better then butternut squash, carrot, and
ginger soup), bulletproof
tea, nut milks... but most importantly I would make babyfood for my baby boy!

When I start to get a cold I usually go for home made
ginger tea with a bit of lemon, honey and cayenne... I didn't know I could add turmeric into the mix -LRB-:

tea (optional) Honey, maple syrup or coconut sugar (optional) Coconut or other plant - based milk
Citrus oils such as tangerine, neroli, grapefruit, lemon, mandarin, and sweet orange; German or Roman camomile; common lavender; frankincense; black pepper; peppermint; ylang ylang; eucalyptus; bergamot; cypress;
tea tree oil (don't use during labor or if you have sensitive skin); geranium; spearmint; cardamom;
ginger; patchouli; petitgrain; rosewood; sandalwood; benzoin; sweet marjoram; and rose otto are all considered safe to use during pregnancy.
So why
do some women swear that certain
teas, chocolate, or
ginger cookies increases milk supply?
Do not exceed two full cups of
ginger tea daily.

I'd
do teas,
ginger kombucha, there's so much you can
do with
ginger.
And
doing different strategies like drinking
Ginger tea throughout the day can be really helpful.
So we have the Immuno Supreme, we have vitamin C, we have vitamin D, and then, of course, something at home we can
do the
ginger tea.
So
doing those things — the Apple cider vinegar, uhmm — the
ginger tea, uh — the vitamin D, and course, I start to slam the mushrooms, too, because the medicinal mushrooms get your immune system like up regulated.
I mean if you
do a little bit of uhm — carbohydrate maybe that's in the honey that you put in the
ginger tea, I'm okay with that.
And of course, the easy things you can
do in the short run, too, is cut all the sugar out, cut all the crap out, really increased nutrient density, more bone broth,

What I
do is take a mug, fill it half with milk, then pour it into the pan, add two cloves, coconut oil, teaspoon of turmeric powder, black pepper,
ginger powder and half of
tea spoon of brown sugar / honey / diet sugar, and allow the mix to boil.
Drinking lots of chamomile, mint, fennel
tea with meals, eating 6 mini meals instead of 3 big ones, eating sugar fennel seeds and candied
ginger with meals, drinking 2 t. raw apple cider vinegar with 1 c. water 3 times a day after meals,
doing yoga and walking helps too.

do well with
