blend of the following ground
spices: ginger, black pepper, cardamom, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice and cloves.
For the
spices I used a store bought lebkuchen
blend but a
gingerbread blend works just as well.
I think I will try it with a
spice blend to mimic
gingerbread next time.
